Bait and switch
Took two weeks to receive item from China, website shipping estimate was accurate but it didn't say where it was coming from. I received a different dog harness than the one I had ordered and contacted customer service. I sent photos of the harness I received, and screenshots of the harness shown on their website. They told me I had ordered "a different harness" than the one shown in the picture (even though they only sell one type of dog harness on the website). When I asked for a refund, they said I would have to pay return shipping because I received the correct item. Later they told me they had recently changed the type of harness and the website still showed the old style. The charge shows the name InX di Barbieri on PayPal and Dazieri Dazieri on my bank statement. I don't think they're a legitimate company. Don't buy from them.
