Landlords and Board Members Stay Away from this company !!!!
Very unprofessional staff, they forward your calls ON PURPOSE, they put you on HOLD on Purpose once they know you have an issue to request from them, but they NEVER forget to collect their HOA fees on time. A phone conversation that took place yesterday 06/05/2023 between me and Michelle Morales/Fairway park Community Manager, so after I emailed her and left her several voicemails, she never responded to any , so I called Donalea and complained to her about Michelle not responding to Homeowners, Michelle called and was agitated from Donalea instructing her to contact me, the first word out of Michelle Morales mouth was 'How may I help You? seriously? Although I have explained in every email to Michelle and every voice mail to her what the issue was yet she is asking me how may I help you lol? so I tried to explain to her about 2 issues, I was talking about the first issue, then Michelle Morales interrupted me without letting me finish my sentence about the second issue which was the HOA monthly fees for Jun2023 which was supposed to be passed to the new owner, I asked her may I finish? she said I need to get to the bottom of the the letter first and find out why it was sent to you, so I told her let me finish talking , she wont budge, she kept talking over me and it was obvious that she was holding grudges for complaining about her to Donalea for not responding to emails nor voicemails , I asked her a simple question, did you read my emails? Michelle's Morales response was we dont just set on our desks waiting for your calls/emails and respond to it? I asked her politely to be be professional and address the issue of the letter she mailed to me after I am no longer the owner although she released the HOA account to escrow and cleared my condo from any issues Before I sold it, Michelle Morales said you created a chaos with these windows lol, although the windows were corrected and fixed and she approved the correction BEFORE my condo HOA account was released ' I showed her correspondence emails between Michelle and Rachelle to prove it was cleared by" Michelle Morales" yet she still insists on arguing with me, I explained to her that the condo is NO longer mine and we transferred the records to the new owner , even in her email I emailed her a copy of the recorders grant deed with the new owners name, Michelle's response then why are you talking to me and why I even talking to you ? lol it is because of the letter she sent at the time of transfer of ownership, Michelle Morales could have been calm,polite,patient and a little more pleasant lol and more tactful and understanding by saying sorry disregard this letter it was sent by mistake while your condo was being transferred. Michelle Morales should direct any issues to the NEW OWNERS..And Instead of worrying about windows they should fix the siding that Broken and was reported to them. Look at the Picture.
