I ordered some wheels for my dinghy a couple of days ago and they arrived today as promised. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly when I placed my order and when I phoned with a small query about my product they were extremely helpful and made inquiries on my behalf and contacted me back as promised

Extremely poor service, they don't answer the telephone, don't return voicemail messages and take orders which show a stock item and then several days later after complaining by email tell you they are out of stock. Absolutely dreadful service.

The item ordered unfortunately was not in stock. (Bearing in mind this is a chandlery shop and not simply a dot com it’s quite understandable stock can’t be kept up to the second). A refund was immediately issued and an alternative suggested, which I happily ordered. The item arrived promptly and was well packed. Thank you!
Mylor took an order for a product not in stock and did not tell customer. They simply placed an order with their supplier and did not check to see if the product was available in a reasonable time. After a week had to call and cancel order.
