Sauce too thin.
It was easy to order and collect, but we were disappointed with the actual curry. Whilst the flavour was okay, the sauce was so thin and the cuts of meat very cheap. Won't be ordering again sadly.

Lovely food, sustainable packaging & fast delivery!
My order arrived carefully packaged in sustainable packaging designed to regulate the temperature of the food. The meals are made to be heated from frozen and the quality is well above that of your typical ready meal; this is restaurant-quality food. I'll definitely be ordering again! :)

A great range of tasty Indian dishes - fantastic if you're after a quick meal as can be cooked from frozen. Good quantity and quality, especially the Kochi Prawn Mango Curry. Highly recommend.

A good experience with My local Indian
A good experience with My local Indian. Authentic Indian food. Tastes good. Decent portion size. Delivers at the doorstep. Packaging charges are a bit steep. But I guess they have to do special packaging with ice packs to keep the food fresh. I wish they have more variety especially Indian snacks and starters Highly recommended.

We got 3 dishes from here on Saturday and loved them - great value and really did taste like it was from a great Indian restaurant. Totally yum and we will be doing this regularly!!

Excellent restaurant quality Indian food
Bought our first curries from the Taunton outlet shop this week. Last night we tried the lemon rice and Grandma's lamb curry, which were both delicious. Huge portions (even though they are for 2) and beautifully spiced. It's great to have restaurant quality Indian food available at home for whenever you want it ! very friendly service too. I bought the grandma's fish curry
I bought the grandma's fish curry, biriyani, beetroot thoran, channa masala and chilli coriander naan. Lasted me a week because of the huge portion sizes and that too under £25 ! I have to say I loved each dish and will be ordering regularly. I just get back from work, heat it up and don't worry about what to cook the next day.
Very affordable and convenient if you are like me and are lazy to cook elaborate dishes and crave savoury Indian food all the time.

amazing authentic Indian (Kerala)…
Amazing authentic Indian (Kerala) food. Tasted just like we cook in Kerala homes. Box came well packed, no spillage and next day delivery. Superb. Highly Recommend trying their specialities.

Really good food
Really good food, so convenient to have in the freezer and be able to enjoy a take away Indian meal whenever you want at home. The breads in particular are a world apart from anything you can buy in the supermarket etc. Looking forward to trying more of the range next time.

A great surprise!
I had been complaining that I didn’t have a decent Indian restaurant near me and My Local Indian was recommended by my neighbor. I was a touch cynical due to the distances but wow the service, the quality of food was amazing and I have already recommended friends try this for a great Indian meal.

Excellent South Indian Food
The communication about food delivery and other information was excellent. It was delivered as informed, promptly. Apart from minor damages to the packing during transit the food was intact. All the items were correct and was very tasty.
