Efficient. Polite.

My boiler was serviced today by Christopher Shaw. He rang me before the arrival to make sure I am available, he reached on time. He serviced the boiler well and the boiler area was cleaned very well. The report came straight away.

Punctual, friendly, tidy, offering excellent advice and support with a small issue on my controller allowing me to video his instructions to help me remember. I can not praise him enough and the lady who does the booking she was very patient and flexible as I had to change times and dates due to circumstances. Highly recommend. Kerry

Great Boiler service from Chris. He called prior to arrival to make sure i was in and completed the service in good time.

Appointment was kept on time and I was phoned shortly before Joe arrived. No issues fortunately and provided the report the next day.

Our boiler was serviced today by Chris , he phoned before he arrived which was good ! Time slot was 9...1pm and he arrived at 9am , so not waiting around all morning.
Chris nice and friendly got on with the service even gave me good news that my firealarm is also a Tester for carbon dioxide !
Signed my paperwork and also sent over completed paperwork for the service. All good thankyou Chris ,can definitely recommend 👍...

Rang prior to arriving to say would be about 30 minutes. Arrived with an apprentice. Clearly knew his stuff and talked the apprentice through every step he did and explained possible issues that could occur and ways to help the boiler and customer if these happened.
Great service, great engineer and will definitely be using again.

Appalling customer service from the manager no less. Rude and abusive and aggressive on the phone after chasing my paperwork after the service. Refused to post it despite not being received via email. This was my annual service through Saga. Never again. Have complained to my insurance provider. Service itself - all they do is look at it and twiddle a few knobs.

Chris called to say he was about 30 minutes away. I informed him that I'll be taking my daughters to school and should be home by then. He was driving behind me whilst heading into my estate and he waved when I stepped out of my car. He was pleasant and friendly. He serviced my boiler and emailed the report soon after. He respected my property and was professional.

Did a thorough service, checked a radiator for me which was not getting a lot of heat. Gave me a few tips for controlling the water temperature.
The written report was emailed a few hours later.
Highly recommended.

Great service in response to an emergency call out due to a leak and blown electrics. Joe was the professional who attended the call out and he was brilliant, clearly has an emence level of knowledge and skill. Isolated the leak and electrics, but we needed a new water cylinder.

Couple of days later Joe was back to install the new cylinder, which was a full day job. All work was completed so professionally and care taken to ensure everything was functioning correct before leaving.

On the basis of the work and my dealings with Joe and Tony in the office I would recommend this business for all your plumbing needs.

Jo, was friendly, efficient and very professional. He showed consideration for our property and as we are both aged, he offered to relight the pilot light on the fire.
The engineer also arrived in correct alotted time.
