Excellent provider
I have been with this hosting for quite long time now and my experience was just astonishing. Do not expect "just a normal service provider", they are the best hosting provider you could ever find, except for DDoS protection, but we can work on that.
I have been talking with Andrè/Daniel (mostly Daniel) and the atmosphere actually got "Friendly" which is one of the best things you could get from your services manager. On their customer services, there's nothing much to say, it's just awesome and exceeds your expectations in any possible way, they do whatever is in their power to make you feel comfortable. But, what about service overall performance? You may be asking, by my experience, that's one of the best you could have.
I absolutely recommend MyLOC to anyone for any type of projects.

I have been using myloc.de for a few months now. I only had problems once and the support was extremely responsive and helped me out. The hosting price is also very good for the resources you get. I couldn't find anything else better.

Great servers, service and datacenter
I have bought some Managed Servers at MyLoc because their servers are stable and nice and they have a very good datacenter with good ping also in Denmark. The setup was fast and the installation contained what needed. The product is great.
I also have high expectations for the service level.
The quality of the work is great - seems like they have some good technicians who know both the hardware and software - every setup change have been done correctly without any troubles at all.
I had a response time issue though, with long response times (more than 100 hours - on none critical like server down, but still way to long) - but I have talked to them, and it seems to be because of a mistake.
UPDATE March 9th: I have now had them for some months, and they have been answering all my tickets fast both day, evening and night (important for me) - especially tickets which is urgent. They have make the changes I have requested, and every time I have written a deadline, they have delivered before deadline. Very satisfied.
There were some billing issues in the beginning as well, but they have taking care of that - so thats not a problem - can happen for anyone.
So because of the great stable product, nice fast setup, great datacenter with good ping, the technicians who can help with everything and the fact that response time has improves, I'll give them 5 stars and can recommend them.

Hello,
We are hosting firm in Turkey and hosted more than 20000 web sites. We were working another firm for dedicated servers as reseller. We had to search another firm for some reasons and found Myloc and Mr Andre from reseller team. They give perfect support and have very good human relationships. We are very happy to work with them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I've waited them to setup my server for (3) THREE days. Then finally they've made a favor to me and gave me my server details. Then I've choose to reinstall my server from their admin panel.(It was non-raid, I wanted RAID1). In 3-4 hours nothing happened. (Admin panel just says: "Your server is currently installing") I've called their number: "Telefon +49 (0) 211 - 61 70 8 - 0 " then I've waited for 15min for customer service personel, then my call just dropped, then I've called them again in 7 min my call is dropped again. Then I've called them again and waited more than 33 minutes, then CALL JUST DROPPED. I've opened a ticket. I've explained them, the problem NOTHING happened. It's like ghost city, EVERYONE IS DEAD. I've called them again in 2-3 hours, some one finally answer my call, I BEGGED HIM to fix this problem I BLUNTLY BEGGED HIM to solve my problem. The person on the line told me that they'll fix this problem in 1hr - 30 min.(if you buy it) I've waited 2-3 more hours again! Nothing happened, I wrote more than 10 messages to the ticket NOTHING happened. Guys, PLEASE if you don't want to have a heart attack or something like that, OR if you gonna run a big service on THAT company, JUST DON'T PLEASE DON'T DO. THE SUPPORT IS < 0 Probably I'm gonna make a refund request. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
