I ordered my item on 21/02/24 and, two weeks on, its status remains ‘unfulfilled’. I have contacted My Little Panda (and Paris, herself) a few times via email, and the chat function, but have received zero response to my communications. If the company is having issues with dispatch times, this should be made clear when ordering. I have now had to order a similar item, from another company, effectively paying twice. I am so disappointed by this experience as I ordered from this company in 2020 (during the pandemic) and don’t remember any issues. I have asked them to refund my money, if they are unable to fulfil my order, but I doubt I will see it back in my bank account any time soon. I will be avoiding this company from now on and suggest you proceed with caution if you are thinking of ordering from them.

SCAM. I paid for an item 2 weeks ago with next delivery but nothing has arrived. I’ve tried to contact them several times but no reply. Would not advise using this company for anything.

Unfortunatly some of my set arrived damaged. I've now twice been promised replacements which haven't arrived. Also can't access website now! Very odd.
If I could leave zero stars I would.
Further to the sellers reply. This is a complete lie! I sent photographic proof on 4th Oct AND received a reply from them saying thanks and they'd send replacements. I still haven't had them. Do not deal with this company! Also keep having harassing phone calls from Paris the owner since leaving this review.
Sent photos on 4th and he acknowledged receiving them and promised replacements. The very fact he now says when he gets photos he will send replacements shows that
he never sent replacements in the first place. He originally told me he'd sent them and I hadn't received them because of Royal Mail delays. He makes it up as he goes along!
Laughable!

Wow. Just wow. Been eyeing the Bambo Lunch Set for months. Treated myself for my birthday and finally purchased it. Cheap and cheerful. Arrived super quick! I couldn’t believe it had arrived 2 days later. Just trying to get into the habit of remembering to take it with me. Definitely be purchasing more stuff from here!

These are the best, and the wrap bag they come in keeps everything together and kept clean while in your bag. Personalisation makes them even more special. Even got one for my mum

The bamboo cutlery set is really handy, it's cute and comes in a compact little roll. I particularly like how there is a hem at the top and bottom to help everything in place. The colours are lovely and there's a good choice. I especially like how the packaging was all eco friendly too.

Products are a good quality. One of the knives I received in my travel cutlery set was nrolen, so I emailed the team and sent pictures and before I even blinked I had a replacement shipped for free straight to me again!

The only thing I would say needs improving is the size of the chopsticks a little small for me personally otherwise everything was perfect!! Going to take it everywhere.

Perfect set of cutlery to keep for my lunch at School.
Lightweight, in a lovely linen (?) wrap to keep it neat and tidy and clean! Bonus, that I will have chopsticks to eat my noodles with and the spoon which is deep enough to finish the leftover soup. Although having not tried the knife, it looks as though it will cut most foods and the straw is wide enough to drink a bitty fruit smoothie through!! Excellent, may be gifting these ar Christmas.

This is such a cute little product. Very lightweight and effective. This will be perfect for my trips abroad. I can’t wait to buy more products.
