Terrible customer service and lenses never arrived!
I ordered some replacement lenses for my Oakley sunglasses. Their website gives lots of reassurances about how they have caring customer service and want you to be happy. That was on April 4th. I waited and waited - then saw on the tracker code they supplied that my lenses had been in some mail centre in Guangzhou for 2 weeks. I wrote them an email. No response. Tried again. Still nothing. Finally my lenses arrived today, May 12th. A total of 5 weeks for a small packet to reach me. Terrible shipping arrangements and ZERO response to requests for help. I will never order again.
