Disgusted
My order still hasn’t arrived. I received a shipping confirmation on the 27th February. I emailed on the 16th March requesting an update. No reply at all. This is disgusting. At least have the decency to respond to an email. Have I been scammed?

I love, love, love these products! I had fine thin hair that was always a challenge to style until I found Kitsch. I had burned my hair to a frizz when my curling iron when it stopped working and over heated.
I read about Kitsch and decided to give it a try and guess what it was an amazing experience. The burned hair had so much less frizz and finally it all disappeared. AND, my hair was loaded with body.

Didn’t open my order immediately after I received it. When I did, there was a little hiccup . I received something I didn’t order and 2 items were missing that I did order. I immediately emailed. I wasn’t upset because these things happen sometimes. Within 25 minutes I had a return email and replacements on the way. Wow! Great customer service means a lot and they’ve exceeded! Thank you!

I received my first order from Kitsch today. It contained several items but unfortunately one was the wrong print (Bridgerton instead of Lisa Frank). I reached out to Kitsch's customer service via email explaining what happened and asking how to correct it. Within minutes I received a polite response. After a couple email exchanges I received a new order number for my originally requested item. They even let told me to keep the incorrect item as a gift!

No delivery for more than a month
I was using products before and they are great, no doubt in that This time im not happy because I placed my order 26.02.2026, I give it enough time, as i know from before it needs long time to arrive, but after a month I send email to check if everything is OK, no reply, I tried 2 more times, and again no reply. Now I don't know am I getting my products at all. When I check on tracking, there is no changes from 27.02.2026.
