Excellent and efficient customer service experience. And best hair products EVER of course so that doesn’t surprise me.

My order still hasn’t arrived. I received a shipping confirmation on the 27th February. I emailed on the 16th March requesting an update. No reply at all. This is disgusting. At least have the decency to respond to an email. Have I been scammed?

Kitsch, has great products to protect and keep hair hydrated such as the satin pillows. I needed to amend my order and that was also easily done by customer services, who were friendly and helpful.

You're a great company to deal with I love your product it works great.. I have Gray hair which is quite unruly and the shampoo and conditioner keeps that in check..

I love, love, love these products! I had fine thin hair that was always a challenge to style until I found Kitsch. I had burned my hair to a frizz when my curling iron when it stopped working and over heated.

I read about Kitsch and decided to give it a try and guess what it was an amazing experience. The burned hair had so much less frizz and finally it all disappeared. AND, my hair was loaded with body.

I love the products & have ordered numerous times. My last order went MIA & the company was on the ball & sent out a replacement order at no cost to me.
Besides trusting the products, it is even easier to shop with them, when they do the right thing.

The most exceptional customer service! My order apparently got delivered but I never received it, unsure what happened to it, I contacted customer service and they were more than happy to send a replacement order out to me, I received the replacement order quickly too, will definitely continue to order from this company.

Customer Service is high on the list of priorities for Kitsch (even on a Saturday night at 11 PM)!! Their products are exactly as they claim and they produce results, period!! I’ve been ordering their products for almost a year, now and not one item has disappointed me!!!

Didn’t open my order immediately after I received it. When I did, there was a little hiccup . I received something I didn’t order and 2 items were missing that I did order. I immediately emailed. I wasn’t upset because these things happen sometimes. Within 25 minutes I had a return email and replacements on the way. Wow! Great customer service means a lot and they’ve exceeded! Thank you!

I ordered for the first time and received one item that was the incorrect scent. I emailed customer service and they immediately emailed me back and took care of the issue and sent me out the correct product. Great customer service and I love the product that I got. I definitely will be purchasing again.

I received my first order from Kitsch today. It contained several items but unfortunately one was the wrong print (Bridgerton instead of Lisa Frank). I reached out to Kitsch's customer service via email explaining what happened and asking how to correct it. Within minutes I received a polite response. After a couple email exchanges I received a new order number for my originally requested item. They even let told me to keep the incorrect item as a gift!

Makes you feel the Company respects and cares about their customers, a combination of authentic human interaction and a culture that prioritizes the customer's well-being over short-term transactions instead of only making you feel part of the capitalistic machinery.

I was using products before and they are great, no doubt in that This time im not happy because I placed my order 26.02.2026, I give it enough time, as i know from before it needs long time to arrive, but after a month I send email to check if everything is OK, no reply, I tried 2 more times, and again no reply. Now I don't know am I getting my products at all. When I check on tracking, there is no changes from 27.02.2026.
