Hair and scalp oil
I bought their hair and scalp oil from Oliver buona shop in London a while ago now and I'm at the end of the bottle and can highly recommend it. My hair is caucasion brown wavy fine and dry brittle midlengths to ends and it really helped the roots to re grow healthy i bought the strengthening hair and scalp oil in rosemary and biotin 60ml. Worth it xx

SLOW Shipping and POOR customer service
Shipping is slow as and old snail and customer service looks inexistent.
First, I placed an order on a Tuesday, and it arrived the following Wednesday. It took 8 days to arrive home when I had already left for the first part of a long trip. So I missed that. The shipping was free and this is what you get.
But then, I ordered again with shipping to that first leg of my trip, and I thought, ok, I'm going to pay the almost $12 for priority (2 days) according to them, and this time, I'm not going to miss the products.
Well, I ordered on a Saturday and it arrived to my destination o er a week after on a Sunday.
I miss them again, and of course I am not happy.
Here's my communication with them, and they haven;t had the decency to respond:
"I placed an order with priority mail, and it will arrive next week. It needed to arrive yesterday (1–2 business days). I payed $11.74 for it.
I understand your policy: "We also offer priority shipping for $11.74. Orders shipped via expedited shipping are typically shipped within 24-48 hours and arrive in 2-3 business days."
But according to it, it should get to the destination on Monday. At the latest, it should arrive this week.
I placed the order on Saturday night.
After 8 minutes of silence waiting at the chat, this came out:

This is a very weak response. The status update says it will arrive on Monday. So, it doesn't have anything to do with the local carrier. You know this answer is not true, and I'm not the first person complaining about it, but it is my first time. I placed the order because I'm traveling and I was hoping to take the products abroad with me. This is very disappointing.
I shouldn't be paying for priority, when it is not priority. Please return the money I payed for the shipping. I feel ripped off by you.

I just wanted to try the Shampoo and conditioner bar.. which is now a travel must!
But every day I wash my face with the Rice protein ... And I have to admit l have more than one set of the bottled shampoo and conditioners.
The glass serum and air dry cream is now a must.
Customers service is always top notch.

Their silk curlers make my hair frizzy for some reason. This is with wearing a bonnet to protect my hair while sleeping.
I have been going back and forth with them on their return process for about a week now. Their site only gives the option for an exchange. Even with over a dozen emails, they still cannot give me a clear answer on the return process. Imo, it also appears like they are purposefully misunderstanding my emails, and/or not reading through the (now very long) thread.
Little do they know that I can be a very persistent person, especially when people fake incompetence under the guise of being “nice” and “professional.”
It’s up to you of course, but I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

5 Star Customer Service
I purchased the Lisa Frank Angel Kitty clip about 2 weeks ago. It arrived earlier than expected, I looked at my items and was very happy with everything, however there was a crack on one of the clips where everything holds together. I emailed customer service about an exchange and not only did they respond IMMEDIATELY, but Lyn assisted with everything and was very very kind. I don’t usually ever leave reviews but Kitsch’s incredible customer service has to be recognized.

Love these products and they have the best customer service!! When I received my order I received a wrong item and promptly emailed to let them know of the mistake. They responded within a few hours and processed a shipment with the correct item. When I asked about returning the wrong one they said to keep as a gift for their mistake. Highly recommend

Through With Them
I've bought quite a lot from this company, but I'm through. I placed an order and made a mistake. So I immediately sent them an email explaining what happened. I was really happy when I got one back saying they changed the order back to 1 item instead of 3. They even showed the change on the receipt. So I was shocked when the order came with THREE of the items & a higher charge. I contacted them again and they said I could send the other 2 back. Since I don't want to pay the cost of a return I'll keep them. I just won't make any more purchases from them. It would've been different if they hadn't claimed to take care of the problem.

I have yet to try the shampoo and conditioner but I have tried the air dry cream and really like it. But anyway I will write another review after I try it. I have a feeling I will love them!
