Great service
I had received a link to rate my product before my product had actually arrived, so naturally I was annoyed that I had been asked to rate a product I had not yet received but after contacting Kings & Queens directly and finding out the review link is automated. They apologised and sent out my product again, straight away. It seems the first time the delivery company had lost my order.
Thank you to Kings & Queens for a fast response and sending out my order again so quickly!

Sorry your order wasn't successful with us. i can see that we did email you within 30 minutes of you making the order with us stating that one of the items you chose was out of stock and that we wouldn't have it back in stock until a weeks time, we also said in the email sent that if you still wanted to go ahead with this order and wait for our restock we would sent these to you free of charge.
We waited for 4 days for a response from you but we had no reply so we reimbursed you the full amount.

My first time having my hair styled by Danni and I was amazed with the precision and artistic skills that Danni has. I brought a straight ponytail in store and came back to have it installed and my hair styled for a royal night out! it was on point for my whole night out. Walked in to King's and Queens feeling good walked out feeling like a superstar.

My hair has flourished since shopping with mykingsandqueens.
The owners are so helpful and it makes a change. They guided me when I explained my hair type and now I have a new regime and my hair is full of life and my curls have never been more curly :)
This is the only place I purchase my hair products now.

I have been trying to buy Palmers Coconut Shampoo & Conditioner for ages but Boots & Superdrug haven’t had them in stock for ages but thankfully Kings& Queens did. Reasonable price and speedy delivery.
