So many 5Stars. All I wanted was the same experience. Emails, phone calls, shipping, miscommunications and a feeling of a pure lack of customer service is all I am left with. No package for my sweetie, no one to speak with other than Peter who after some time seemed to care. Then a Shelia finally called during my work hours to leave a message and you guessed it, not able to get passed the automation calling her back as she begrudgingly stated via voice mail. I'd love to see if there is someone there to show me what 3Stars is like and I'll count my losses. Just need the package that I ordered. If it is as wonderful as the reviews state, I'd be happy with that and in the future make different arrangements if available for Shipping. I just couldn't believe all that I endured just to make it easy and yet, Gofo failed me at every attempt to help them help me - help them. If my order wasn't for an amazing woman, after anxiously awaiting its arrival, I would have cancelled the order almost immediately with the service received. She's worth it. Tell me and show me are you?! Perplexed but not in despair! :-((

Will not order again
I ordered a custom necklace almost a month ago. I was told it would arrive by 4/15 but it’s been showing a red alert and notice it’s stuck in customs import since 4/5. I reached out a couple days prior to 4/15 to make sure it would arrive timely. I was told it was on its way and still scheduled to be delivered no later than 4/15. When that did not happen and the tracking info showed no movement, I reached out again. I keep getting told the issue is being “escalated” but am provided no other updates or an eta on when it will arrive. I inquired about a refund and was ignored. I was told my tracking info would update in a couple of days, nope hasn’t happened. Looking at other complaints I see this a common occurrence with this company. This piece was not cheap and was well over $100. At this point I’ve lost hope it will ever show up. The customer service is no help. I hope it shows up but if I continue to not be assisted and do not receive my product, I will be filing a dispute with my bank. Just save yourself the hassle and order from another company.

Poor quality from undeclared destination
Trading under multiple names and shipping from address not connected the the website. None of the items made as ordered and all inferior quality. Asked for specific features which was not included.The pieces were supposed to be interchangeable but impossible with destroying it. Had to pay additional customs charges and spoiled a very important birthday.Very disappointing and hard to find something positive from my experience but is unlike me.

I ordered a gift for my daughter in-law after she gave birth to my grandson. It took longer to arrive then the quoted date. It did not look like the picture and looked very cheap. I could not get a refund only a credit. It took forever to receive information on a return slip as well as mailing it back. I ordered the initial gift the end of February and I am now just getting the mail return slip. I will never order from this company ever again.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Theo Grace (formerly Myka Jewellery).
I purchased a 14k solid gold personalised Heritage multiple name necklace a couple of years ago, which holds a lot of sentimental value to me as it has my children’s names on it. Unfortunately, the chain has been broken a while over a year, and while the pendant itself is still perfectly intact, the necklace is now unwearable.
What’s most frustrating is the response from customer service. Despite explaining the sentimental importance and that the issue is limited to a simple chain repair, I was told they could not assist in any way because the item is outside of their warranty period. The only option offered was to purchase a brand new necklace for £565.
For a piece sold as 14k solid gold, I would expect better durability. The chain is extremely fine and noticeably less robust than the versions they are currently selling, which raises concerns about the quality of the original product.
I was not asking for a replacement, only a reasonable solution such as a repair or some form of goodwill support. Unfortunately, none was offered.
Overall, very disappointing aftercare for what was meant to be a meaningful and high-quality purchase.
