All online human interactions were superb. All deliveries arrived on time and were easily changed when I requested to move the delivery date. The only issues I have had so far is Juniper App glitches. They are minor and I have yet to report them. Although because I am paying for access I deducted one star from my review. I would expect the isssues to be fixed once I report them ofcourse.

I have a great coach..

I have a great coach... i have a lot of people behind me when i had a problem
or question i just emailed and i get a response. There so supportive and easy and non judgemental. i like how you down load app then u can see everything... long your meals talk to your coach and it even lets you log when u take your shot . i was so impressed and it making do my best because of it

Your support system is outstanding!
And the response time is fast.
I received nothing but positive reinforcement from the team.
The reason for cancelling my program had to do with the way Ozempic made me feel. The side effects were way too severe. I want to thank you for your incouragement. Hopefully I will give it another try at another time.

Juniper has been FANTASTIC

I highly recommend Juniper to anyone struggling to lose weight. For myself, I was always that girl who could eat anything she wanted, all the time, while being able to maintain my weight of 125-130 lbs. Then....along came menopause at age 42. I am now 57 and was putting 7/8 lbs every 5 years, despite staying active and eating fairly healthy. I am 4 days into my JUNIPER journey and have already lost 4 lbs
on the lowest / starting dose of .25.
