Gorgeous earrings

Gorgeous earrings. Swarovski stopped making the Bella gold earrings. I’ve been buying from My Jewelry Store for a few years now and I love them.

I ordered a personalised necklace…

I ordered a personalised necklace exactly one month ago for my friend’s birthday. I emailed to enquire when I would be receiving it and have been told due to unforeseen circumstances there’s delays. Would have been nice to have been made aware of this before placing the order. I’d definitely avoid this company.

I love my earrings

I love my earrings. They are beautiful, color and quality, and I am ready to buy more of them. (The only frustration was with USPS, going from many States, and even States that were further away from the destination to finally arrive.)

I received one set of earrings that did not have just the look I wanted, so MYJS bent over backwards to find and send me the perfect pair. They communicated throughout the situation, so I knew exactly when and what was happening-Great company!

Poor customer service

My son bought me some earrings in march for my birthday. Unfortunately one earring has broken and the pendants on them have tarnished. Contacted myjs but was told that they were fashion jewellery and would tarnish !!!!!! Very poor customer service no replacement offered .
