I love this store so much

I love this store so much. I’ve ordered a few times now from this store and each time I’m very happy with the item I’ve ordered. Even the packaging has been beautiful and you can tell there was much care taken to ensure the item arrived safe and sound. Also, every item was very high quality.

Customer service was great

Customer service was great. Although there was a shipping delay, they were responsive, and courteous in their reply via email. I received my item and am very happy and I will be ordering again very soon!

Very nice product

I placed my order and one week after…

I placed my order and one week after they send me an email saying sorry but we don’t have the ring you order, it was very disappointing specially because it was a birthday gift for my son

Hi Julia, Your order was placed on a Friday afternoon May 30, 2025, 4:34:25 PM and we contacted you on Tuesday the 3rd on the third business day after your order was placed. Not a week after. We also explained exactly the reason for the issue and you then seemed to accept it. We are now a bit surprised and sorry that was only temporary. We always urge our customers to place their orders in good time for any event and especially now during times of unrest.

Dead battery

We love the watch very beautiful, however, I paid for a expedited shipping then received a watch that wasn't working. Had to locate someone to change the battery. Since the item was a gift, it was disappointing(like giving a child a toy that needs batteries for his birthday). Seller did pay for the cost of the battery so that was nice.
