Customer service are manned 5 days a week 9-5 Israeli office hours and we have no records of you trying to contact us. Best is to send an email. The address can be found on our site. I pray this is worth the wait
I ordered the 18th of Sept. It is now Oct 18th and still no idea where my order is, you want honesty well we as customers need honesty to. There could have been more communication from you explaining why the delay, or instead of stating that product would ship 1-4 days that it could take much longer. I understand things come up but if you had sent an email explaining the situtation it would have been taken to heart instead of me reaching to you.
