The process was extremely simple and I was instructed at every stage. E-Way was highly accessible on the dashboard and highlighted areas of incomplete documents to allow the documents to be reviewed and completed.

Be wary of the solicitor allocated
Whilst the initial contact seemed positive, once I had spent hours filling in details on forms and informed both selling and purchase estate agents of the solicitor I had been allocated by the website, both estate agents and also the solicitor of the folks I am buying from all stated that they had previously had very poor interactions with the allocated solicitor, did not want to work with them, and both sales and purchases had been lost due to delays and difficulties in contact. Therefore I felt I had to cancel and choose another solicitor. Having said this, Daniel Atkins on the MyHomeMove website was excellent, so maybe it depends on which solicitor they choose to allocate.

Leon Hart has been excellent so far with providing a clear, accurate and timely quote. His communication has been straightforward and reassuring, making the early stage of the process feel smooth and well‑managed. I’ll see how the solicitors handle the conveyancing next, but based on Leon’s service up to this point, the experience has been very positive.
