Overall, the experience was very well organised and enjoyable for both myself and my family. The travel logistics were handled efficiently, with smooth flight arrangements and well-coordinated shuttle transfers to and from the airport, which made the journey stress-free.

The hotel was particularly well suited for a family stay, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment. We also appreciated the opportunity to explore Malta’s museums, which added a valuable cultural dimension to the trip.

Overall, the holiday was well planned, balanced, and met our expectations in terms of both organisation and experience.

Up to the point of going on our trip to Krakow for three nights all looked ok, but then our flight was changed from 11am to 18:45pm, so arriving at 22:30 in the evening so our first day was done, this was further compromised with our pick up not turning up, so had to pay 120 zloty for a taxi to our hotel, which was incidentally around 6 miles from Krakow town, did send an email to Donna to highlight the issues but got no reply, lesson learned you get what you pay for !!!

Holiday was made simple and stress free from Donna. Transfer drivers were kind and polite and cars were clean and tidy. Nothing has been any trouble.

Booked a holiday to Disneyland Paris with Donna asked her to book myself and my family in a hotel near Disneyland with a shuttle bus. She gave me a price and I agreed on the amount of £2800.The hotel we agreed on was the B and B which she told me was 5 mins from Disney. However when we arrived she had booked me in a hotel 45 mins from Disney in a truckstop basically. There was no transport for 4 miles and a taxi was going to cost 148 euros to get to Disney every day. The hotel was filthy with broken bannisters and people fighting outside the room. I didn't sleep a wink all night. When contacting Donna after she told me to ring loads of other numbers she would not accept any responsibility and I was left with no option but to pay £594 to move to the original hotel I thought I had booked!! No customer service no communication and being ignored when I have asked for the extra money I was left to pay absolutely shocking!!!

We went to Disney land paris at the beginning of January and omg it was absolutely 💯 incredible. Thanks to Donna from my holiday travel she was amazing. She is so helpful and always there if you need her. I highly recommend Donna if u wanna book a holiday she is great. We are now booking to go Cyprus in June and to go back to Disney in January. Donna is helping us with that as well. Donna is fantastic thank you.

Absolutely fantastic company Donna couldn't do enough to help all the way through process and always at the end of email or phone to help with queries or problems, our trip to disneyland with my grandkids was effortless due to Donna thankyou very much .

Donna did a great job on sorting out my holiday to Disneyland Paris, it was for a party of 8 and flights,hotel, park tickets, she also sorted us transfers from and to the airport which was very smooth with the company having our details and giving us updates, the holiday was fantastic and we had no issues, communication was great and would highly recommend,

Fantastic trip, well organised. Hotel was lovely, although we did upgrade when we got there for a more superior room. The complimentaey trip to see the Northern lights was spectacular, although we had to wait a little Ng time and didn't get back until after 1am, but boy was it worth it. Loved this trip & thank you Donna for sorting this for us

Well!! what an amazing time we have had, I have to admit I was a bit skeptical after reading reviews of hotel but we had no issues what so ever , Donna was amazing and was prompt in replying to any concerns we had , it was smooth and so easy , Will definitely be using her again , well done Donna and thank you for making our Disney trip so special xxx

I booked a holiday with this company and Donna was our rep. I should have known it was not going to go well.
It took her a few attempts to get the right area in Germany.
She got it right so we booked. First problem , I could not get my boarding tickets, phoned Donna/ company for hours over 2 days. Reply happened 20 minutes before gate closed. I was advised to go ahead and everthing would be sorted. Not at all and financially out of pocket, paying to get on the flight.
Arrived at our hotel to be told I was not Bed and breakfast but room only. Advised all would be sorted. Then that I was just to buy breakfast and would be repaid on return.
This was April. Lots of emails sent to Donna W. Who advised me she had put the claim in. No refund, further attempts to contact her but. But now being ignored. I say dont touch this company EVER IM STILL WAITING

Absolutely first class break everything went perfect..I was a pain in the backside asking Donna 1 million things ..I wasn't 100 percent sure about this company but its the best I've ever booked with hotel brilliant taxi from airport in the price tours everything even sent out the documents in the post ..Donna is a absolute diamond we will be back it's simple the best experience I've had in 40 odd years thanks very much you put the major chains to shame ..krakow city tour is amazing great breakfast as well I'll be telling everyone to book through Donna no hassle no drama nothing went wrong just bliss

BEST HOLIDAY TRAVEL AGENT EVER!!!
We had holiday in Budapest on 21-24May 2024. It was an amazing and remarkable experience for all of us. Donna was very helpful from ticket booking to boarding and hotel transfers back and forth the airport. She was always ready to help round the clock. It was a hassle-free holiday. Ryanair will charge £47 for your cabin luggage at the airport so I suggest you use Priority Booking upon check-in online and you pay £20 instead. Donna helped us check in back to Stanstead Airport. I will definitely use their service on my future holidays. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! God bless MyHolidayTravels and staff.

We dealt with a lady named Donna and she was wonderful! She organised our Disneyland Paris trip and was available any time of day or night to help with our enquiries. She responded really quickly and sorted everything out for us at a cheaper rate than we could find ourselves when looking to book online. Donna was a pleasure to deal with. I booked for a group of 13 people which I thought would be difficult but Donna made sure everything was correct and told me in plenty of time when deposits and final payment were due.
I can't fault Myholidaytravel and will use them to book future breaks away.
The service is second to none!

Booked 5days trips to Iceland with the sales Sarah. And She told me the tours including pick up and drop off in the hotel lobby. But… unfortunately it's not. However She did charged me for the pick up and drop off fee. And Everytour I need to book a texi to the bus hotel, the terminal to meet the guide. Every single drive cost me 4000isk.
I have booked 3trips with her... And have to return to the hotel twice day.

Well. Can you imagine a young girl need to go back to the hotel after the night tour just by herself at 1.30am even Iceland is a safety country...

What a Forgettable trips. Will never ever use this agent again. Before I say goodbye, please refund the fee u did charged me...
