I don’t like blood tests and called before booking; the person on the phone was so nice and when I arrived the amazing nurse Caroline had the notes about me being apprehensive and she was amazing! Reception also very good.

I had a terrible experience with this healthcare clinic. Despite requesting the minimum fixed subscription when signing up, they continued to deduct two months of direct debit from my account without providing any service. Even though I haven't used their services in over a year, they refused to refund me. Terrible customer service and a waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Sarina Kiani is patient, calm, kind and considerate.
Not only Dr Kiani Took the time to explain the procedures thoroughly, using a simple language, but also allowed space for my questions.
Due to the nature of the future treatments, she also asked specialized team members (Dr Serafeim and Dr. Theo to provide me a consultation now and there so I could have a clearer understanding of the procedures and to be able to revise my options.
I felt like a star being surrounded by these fantastic professionals willing to formulate the best outcome for me in the long run.
Dr. Sarina made the whole experience unique, special and yes I felt in a very very good hands because I felt they were clear, honest and confident.

Good quality dental care. You can trust them to do a good job. My experience is with straightforward dentistry and implant. Stefano is a competent and experienced implantologist.
Premises are a bit dated.

The dentist who attended to me on the 25th January was excellent. He was very patience and cleaned my teeth thoroughly and removed every tiny bits of plaque.
He was knowledgeable about dental treatment.

I had an initial appointment to discuss/treat my high blood pressure , I was so happy with the first appointment , the GP told me to please take my blood pressure readings for 10 days then sent it to him , I did , he then asked me to book another consultation to discuss it - however I then have to pay another consultation fee. The reason for my appointment was my high blood pressure , yet it was never treated at the first appointment. Be very careful with My healthcare Clinic - it seems they really just exist to sell you more appointments or membership before you are able to get the treatment you need. I work in a healthcare setting and hate leaving bad reviews , but this is not acceptable.

Dr Serafeim did an amazing job wit my teeth cleaning and took care to explain everything and further care as well, can only recommend, thank you!
