So far - for now my opinion is negative. The store declares the shipment of the order within 3-8 days. These 8 days have already passed, the order is not sent... The store does not reply to e-mails, Nor on the company's messenger. They also blocked the possibility of commenting on IG. I was a victim of fraud, and I'm sure I won't get my 40 euros back

Ordered last week, DHL tracking stays stuck on "The shipment was announced electronically"

Immediately did a chargeback on my Visa debit card

SHOP didn't send me my item, didn't return my money, didn't respond to my messages

This website is a scam :( I made an order in February and I still haven’t received my purchase! Emailed this company several times and nooo reply!!! How do I even can’t my money back… SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!!!

Waited for 3 weeks for item to be delivered; still showing as ‘being delivered’ on their website. Apparently, wrong product was delivered and without any info. Ordered a hair product but received a tub of body cream that is half the price of my order and which I cannot even use. Countless emails and telephone calls with messages left on two different numbers shown on their website have not been responded to. Used website before and was ok, but when things go wrong, no responsibilty taken. So, I have a product I cannot use and no refund or replacement offered. Considering reporting the company to the Eu complaints authority. THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! AVOID WEBSITE!!!

This company absolutely doesn’t care about customer service. They never sent me all of my products and no one answers the phone or my emails. This people are scamsssssssss they are thieves..Please runnnnnn my products for 2 months haven’t been delivered the scammer I ordered since October and it’s now December

This company absolutely doesn’t care about customer service. They never sent me all of my products and no one answers the phone or my emails. And to top it off, PayPal does nothing to assist with this since I used PayPal to make the payment. It’s disgusting, theft and they are just getting away with it. But after seeing so many others experiencing this, I have decided to forward this to my lawyer.

More than a year ago and I am still waiting for my order... I have tried to contact them multiple times through multiple channels but they reply once and don't take any action. They also said they would reimburse me but that a lie too.

I made my order on Aug 13 and today is September 19. Imagine waiting for customer service to answer. Apparently the packaging was damaged on the way. No answers, no response nothing. Wrote 4 emails already.
Got one reply, "what is your order no" and thats it. Can't you figure that out from email itself ?

I have never received my order. Like another reviewer, i received a DHL tracking number that never mentionned the package was sent. This website is a scam, beware

The package was not delivered. Delivery was supposed to take up to 3 days. After 2 weeks I contacted customer service asking about my delivery. They said they will take a look and get back to me but never did. I sent few more email asking for my money back. It's been a month and I did not get my package or refund. I strongly recommend NOT to purchase anything from this website.

please don't trust this site. Though I got a confirmation and dhl tracking number, I am waiting almost 3weeks now for my goods.
There is no telephone number to call and NO ONE reacts to emails. I have not got the goods or my money back and have now contacted my Legal expenses insurance as I give up now. Trusted shops is also not very helpful. Please save yourself the stress when ordering for here.

Fake Shop I didn’t receive my products after 2 months (ordered in February now it’s April) I contacted them on their email, friendly stating that I want my products or they give me a refund since I paid quite a lot, of course I didn’t get an answer, but I will continue to contact them! Sorry for my grammar, I would suggest everyone to stay away and don’t spend money on that shop. An edit: i didn’t get any answers so because I paid with PayPal I could reclaim my money threw PayPal buy reporting an issue hope this can help people!

I orderd one month ago and they charged me but I never received anything.
Of course I friendly reached out to their customer outlook email (…) after 8 days I wrote them on sociald because I have not received a response. This was 30 days ago I have been ghosted and my money is gone. Stay away

I ordered in January a package with 3 products, that I paied but never arrived. From the tracking at DHL the package was not handed over.
I can’t reach anyone through Mails to get a refund for the missing delivery. It’s a big fraud!

I placed an order on Jan 15. While the package had been "electronically registered" via DHL, the actual package was clearly never handed over by the seller.

As I was still within the 14-day period you can legally ask for an order to be cancelled in Germany (Widerrufsrecht), I decided to try using the chat function on the website to get in touch with somebody but received no response. So, I emailed the contact email address on the website asking them for a refund. I did not receive any response back nor a refund.

I spent close to 70 euros, so it was very unfortunate to trust this company would provide the service and products I paid for but instead to not receive anything and to be ignored.

My advice to this company would be to send the products that people pay for. And if it's not possible, refund them. I believe this is the simple, ethical thing to do. Otherwise, ignoring emails and not sending the products feels like the behaviour of a scam entity. I would advise others to not purchase from this company.

I placed an order on feb 12. until today 27feb my shipment still electronic registered with DHL and they didn't send it. Lucky me i used my KLARNA card to pay after receiving the order. So 5 days from now i will ask for cancellation of my order with them and they will deal with this sh**y Website

I have ordered twice from My Hair World: The first order, worth 51,96 euros, was on 4.10.2023. The order was dispatched the following day, and everything was ok. This of course created some level of trust in me.
Last week, on 9.1.2024, I placed my second order worth 99,75 euros. Just like with the first order, I received a message the following day saying that the order had been sent, i.e. was on the way. The tracking status revealed it had only been electronically announced to DHL I am still waiting for this order to be sent. After reading many similar reviews, I contacted customer service per email, but received no reply. I need some of the hair products urgently, and will probably have to buy them elsewhere. Luckily, I ordered with PayPal; I am waiting until Friday (10 days) and then start the process of reclaiming my money. Please be careful with this shop. I was impressed by the wide range of products it offers, making it a potential "one stop shop". I hope it is not just another scheme that first wins your trust, before scamming you of your money. Most reviewers have reported a nice first time experience followed by what appears to be fraud.

Update: Thankfully, I had paid with Paypal. I received my money back mid February.
