I was recommended to Guava by a friend who uses Guava for his pizza truck business. I myself run a fleet of ice cream vans. The card machines are very simple to use and super fast taking payments with next day payments hitting my bank it was a no brainer to switch to Guava. The fees are fantastic compared to the last company I was with. From start to finish Taylor did a amazing job helping me to get on board. I would highly recommend Gava especially for those in my trade being mobile.

It's been four months and they're ignoring me
I used the bank for about a week, after that it was blocked, no reason was given, I was asked to provide documents which I do not have, when asked about the refund, every time they avoid the question, they do not answer the email, and in online chat every time they redirect to another support agent who answers the same thing.

Their account holder scammed me
Their account holder scammed me. I reported it to Guavapay, with all the evidence, but was told they cannot help in recovering the 750. I then wrote to the CEO, and he has not bothered to respond in 2 weeks. They are enabling these scams. It is open fraud and they do nothing about it. Take care, look at the payees sort code, 04-13-56, if its Guavapay, refuse paying into that account. Avoid Guavapay completely.
Update, Thanks for the review feedback. You have previously emailed me on 23rd Dec, saying that Quote, "We are unable to provide further information regarding this matter". end quote. Look for the £750 scam, and the email referred to. Also, the email sent to your CEO on 4th Jan 2025, that has remained unanswered. Fix this by investigating your account holder, and returning my £750. I don't want any off the shelf responses that you are here to help. You have refused to help, hence my bitter review.
