They sold a defective product for full price, and did not take issue.

Edit: to address the false claims made by the vendor, the blade was not resharpened but honed. This did not take place during the customer support interaction, but shortly after receiving the blade, before the misshapen blade and uneven grind of the blade had been noticed. Vendor was informed of these defects, which in my experience do not meet manufacturer standards (Cold Steel.) Vendor was also provided with pictures of the defects, but did not investigate the blade further.

If this is their idea of doing everything, well, I am writing this review so customers would be informed.

Ordered a big knife for myself with delivery into Ukraine.
Was wondering how everything would go. Afraiding the knife would stuck on the customs or anything like that.
But no, item was sent next day and delivered to my home via Ukrposhta courier within 10 days.

The knife arrived well-packed and not damaged.

Good communication, fast delivery

A slipjoint pocket knife I really wanted was discontinued at about the time I decided to get one.

The places I'd normally buy from in the UK ran out of the variants I preferred before I could order, and a French supplier went out of stock and cancelled the order, while a German supplier who had one wouldn't ship to the UK.

I noticed that Mygoodknife.com had one, at a discount moreover. I added a couple of small items to bump the order above the free postage threshold and hit the checkout, at which point I almost backed out because of the checkout warning about post-Brexit customs taxes and fees. I also read some very negative reviews of the Finnish postal service.

However, I decided to go for it and cross my fingers. The price included a 20% sales tax - same amount as UK VAT - and a lot of European suppliers now collect UK VAT on UK orders and pay the money to UK C&E, so I was hoping this applied, but also half expecting extra VAT fees. Because of the postal service reviews, I settled in for a lengthy wait for my package.

It arrived, though, without hassle or further expense, within about a week. Couldn't be more pleasantly surprised! The knife was well packed and in pristine condition. Pretty sure the accompanying customs paperwork weighed at least as much as the knife itself mind!

I can thoroughly recommend Mygoodknives.com and will certainly include them in my list of go-to suppliers, especially given the free postage for orders above a threshold value, and the surprising speed of delivery.
