Well, I mistakenly subscribed to their site which cost me some amount of money I am not ready to lose. I wrote back to them concerning a refund and I was told according to their terms and conditions refund is not possible. I have been really devastated but luckily they just sent me an email that they're gonna review my case exceptionally and refund my money. I haven't received the refund yet but I've been told they'll finalise it after my ratings. I will be back to confirm whether they've fulfilled their promise or not.
