Total personal attention and advice. For the first time of buying glasses I dont feel like I have been ripped off. Colin is a nice guy who gives honest advice and provides quality products.

The one to one personal approach. Everything regarding my requirements were discussed in full and I felt nothing was being left to chance. My old frames, which I was rather attached to, were adapted so that I could continue to use them. It is so easy nowadays, in this throw away society, to discard items that may still have a useful function.
