I had no issues with verification. I sent in my documents and got approved in less than a day. The game library is good with a decent selection of slots and table games. My first withdrawal came after two days while deposits were instant. Support chat is available whenever.

It feels more high end than a lousy online site and rather evokes a physical casino. The lobby has a classy design with a palate of muted colors and smooth textures. The game thumbnails are laid out to look like you are walking through a real casino floor. The live dealer section nails that lounge feel with its lighting and design. It’s more immersive than most sites.

The app gets really hot after 45 mins of playing and uses so much of your battery. Yesterday I lost almost 30% of my battery in under 1 hour. Other casino apps don’t drain your battery nearly as much so it’s obvious this one isn’t coded for mobile devices properly.

An app hasn't been created yet so the only option is to just use the browser version of the site on a mobile device. While the mobile site is functional, it does feel awkward to use and some buttons are far too small to be tapped. An app would be a much better option.

The entire design seems like it was made a decade ago with random stock photos of people pretending to celebrate. The color choices are dated, the fonts don't match, and the homepage is disorganized. A casino looking this unprofessional does not instill confidence.

I have already unsubscribed from marketing emails, yet I continue to receive 2-3 daily emails about bonuses and tournaments. I have checked my email settings and all of these marketing emails should be turned off. Please stop spamming me.

I accidentally clicked something and the website switched to German and I can’t find a language selector. I contacted customer support and they told me to clear my cookies and cache, but that’s not fixing the problem. I can’t navigate the account settings and everything is in a language I don’t understand.

I attempted to create a daily deposit limit as part of responsible gaming, but that feature seems to not work. An error message pops up every time I try to save my settings. I reached out to support and they said it is a known issue. They said they have no timeline for a fix.

I cashed out $700 and got the money in seven separate $100 payments. Each one had a different processing time, and got sent to me on different days. Because of this, it took me 12 days to get all the payments. The first two came in 2 days, and the other 5 came over the next week and a half. It should've all been one simple transaction, not 7 different payments.
