Most of brokers who worked or currently working with my country is either sucks or not in a healthy shape
This one was the only one which stood up for me, i'm a trader but not a good one to be honest at least not yet but i'm doing my best i don't know if i ever be god helps me.
sadly my country's people are under harm from various countries Government for 30 years such as US and UK and few others.
Anyway i'm a simple folk who just want to do business and there are many others just like me and i never looked at the world from a political standpoint and i never will cause everyone is the same as me they just wanna live happy.

i don't know at this stage i think FX Choice is gone forever i guess.

i just really hope that i could find a good broker just like this one and, i don't know a decent one at least so, i guess Goodbye FX Choice hope we would cross once again in near future

Unfortunately I had to leave this broker and move on to a different one because fxchoice dosen't seem like they'll be accepting deposits anytime soon. Trading is also unavailable too and has been for a while..but I just wanted to say that I love fxchoice's platform and I'm so sad to leave. I just dont want to wait forever to start trading again. Even though I won't be trading with fxchoice anymore, it'll always be my favorite broker! I'm just ready to trade again and can't wait any longer.

The customer service is not good. I will unable to access my account due to FXChoice not following their own process. They wanted me to send personal information twice and it felt like a scam. I have also had issues when it come to me withdrawing my money and refilling my account. They need a lot of work.

My favorite broker hands down. I dont like how regulators are starting to crack down on a lot of forex businesses but Fxchoice’s transparency is the best of the best. I am awaiting more options for deposits/withdrawals and will be back with them asap.

I am waiting to hear back. The sms is not working and I'm now locked out. I contacted T-Mobile, this seems to be an issue on fxchoice side as others experiencing same thing. I have 7k in my account.
I wasn't able to check emails due to an incident for the past two weeks. I saw it and moved fast but Christmas caused the delay
The email is a bit confusing, I read after Dec 26th. So I'm assuming 26th you still can withdraw.

This is a very stressful situation, Christmas and 7k on the line. It's a lot of money for me. I pray I get my money back. I have been a loyal customer and recommended them to many so I hope they are honest as they have been so far.

First their required my updated id because it expired in August. That's done.

Waiting to hear back for now. I put 5 star please dont let me down fxchoice.

Same as many other users here, I have been forced to withdraw all my $ as they would no longer take crypto payment. It was a long process, where I needed to sent 3 different pictures. They also cancelled my withdrawal through TRC for no reason, at this point I thought I would never see my $ again... I contacted there team via chat and been told to use ERC chain instead ( more fees for them I guess ). Finally it all got resolved and I got my $ back so nothing to complained here, just too bad because everything else had been good with them up to this point. Trading was good, low fees and fast reply via chat room.

I followed FX Choice Withdrawal process and did not receive the SMS message required to confirm my withdrawal.

Went on chat and the agent sent me this message;

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by not receiving the SMS message required to confirm your withdrawal. Our team has been informed about an issue related to sending SMS to certain US carriers.

However, I'm glad to assist you by disabling 2FA on your account. Instead, you will be required to use Google Authentication as your new and more secure 2FA method.

Please note for this process we require a Selfie verification, is a Selfie where you can clearly show your face and holding in your hands the ID you used to verify your profile and a hand written note with the text: "For FXchoice verification and today´s date", please make sure the information is clearly readable, you can send your selfie through this link.

I sent a clear readable selfie and this was their reply from Back office;

Thank you for emailing us at FXChoice.
Unfortunately, your selfie photos are blurry and the ID is not readable.
Please make sure to take a selfie with your ID and it must be readable.
Change camera if possible, don't take a picture in front of a mirror.
It's best to use the back phone's camera than the camera in front.

Asked for another way to verify after all it was FX Choice issue in the first place that caused this selfie issue.

I Pray FX Choice has not turned EVIL for not sending my funds.

Issues with FX Choice were always resolved and the customer service agents are one of the reasons FX Choice is the Best of the Best.

This is a great broker or, it was, i don't know at this stage, i 've been working with FXChoice without a problem, recently they informed me that they would no longer accept deposits and, well, that's sad cause, i really loved this one, has been always fair, the pairs was decent, the spreads were fair, however they informed me if the situation would be fixed we will notify so, yeah i mean, sad but, i'll be looking forward to work with them if the situation would get fixed

I been with them for over 5 years and im very happy customer. Customer service is excellent and deposit and withdraw was very smooth

Extremely good helpdesk. I needed some help with my withdrawals. And they did very well.

myfxchoice account is  301847 i deposit 1000+ by usdt they play with my fund. every time they gave me a 65% bonus . i lost 500$ after my 500$ automatic removed  my last trade 1 lot gold sell & 0.90 sell just 0.10 lot sell entry in mid night market not moved. i saw all bonuses removed & same  high spread 30 pips in spread grow but in sell 30 pis below total automatically closed my account . no marketing moving . but auto closed my account with 400$ also same time bonus removed from my account. now i have 100$. now i just opened trade 0.10  usd/jpy my account sweep free account  but they per day daily removed my balance & add commission now just -0.10 lot size but my commission column is 10+. i lost 400$ broker cut 500$ by spread scam now last 100 $ they to hunting daily cut my balance add commission GREAT  SCAMMER NO NEED HERE LOST BY MARKET  THEY AUTOMATIC REMOVED YOUR FUND BY BROKER SCAM .

Smooth XRP Transactions: Upon depositing XRP, I found that the process required KYC verification. The deposits themselves were relatively quick, taking around 5 to 10 minutes for XRP to appear in my account.

Efficient Withdrawal Process: I withdrew a significantly larger amount than my initial deposit. Although the withdrawal process took some time due to the time zone difference (their withdrawals are processed in their time zone), the steps were straightforward. I had to take a high-quality selfie with my ID in hand, a task that required a phone with a good selfie camera. It's worth noting that I had to repeat the selfie step since my ID was slightly blurry in the initial attempt. However, after about 45 minutes, the withdrawal was successfully completed.

Trading Conditions: The main reason for my 4-star rating is the trading conditions. The spread on gold struck me as rather high, especially when considering that I'm already paying around 5.55 XRP in commission per trade on my account. Additionally, the spread of 3 pips/30 points meant that initiating a trade resulted in a loss of approximately 2.50 XRP from my balance. Furthermore, factoring in the negative spread and a 2.50 XRP exit fee, a trade with this spread would lead to a loss of 5.55 XRP upon opening and closing the trade, in addition to the spread value at that moment.

In conclusion, the platform is solid and commendable, with my only grievance being its Spread on gold when already paying comission and as such suitability primarily for experienced users rather than beginners.

Swap fees are through the roof. 350 pips for GBP/JPY on a 0.01??? While GBP/NZD is 1 pip. Stay away from FXChoice.

FXChoice is not an honest broker. They may be regulated but they are deceitful. I have made the same trade with two different brokers just to test the outcome. Trades made on FXChoice were a loss, while the same exact trade with another broker was profit. When you try and talk with them they always have some lame excuse why they were right. Stay away from FXChoice.

The customer service has been five star in chat. Fairly new trader to forex so it's a joy to get quick answers to questions. Platform is easy to use.
They were highly recommended by a very experienced trader using them for many years, and I have been very pleased they have the patience for newbies. They allow multiple demo and live accounts so good for trying different approaches. Their newly created Optimum Accounts look very good and I am close to funding one. Feel I am in good hands with them.
