Very disappointed
My wife ordered a print thinking thst it was framed, which it wasn't. The company has very decently given her a refund. Great customer service!

Hi Brian, I'm sorry to hear you're angry and disappointed but feel this review is a little unfair. Especially as I refunded your wife in full this morning upon receipt of your complaint email. The website does show the prints in frames, as this is the best way to present them, and the majority of our customers put them in frames. But the website also clearly states that 'All prints are rolled and dispatched in sturdy cardboard tubes via Royal Mail 24 Tracked'.
With regards to our website stating that we do not accept returns, this is because every item is printed to order based on the customer's specific size requirements, and it's unlikely we would be able to resell a returned item.
We are a very small business, and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, hence the reason I refunded your wife in full this morning with no questions asked and no request for a return.
Reviews like this can be very damaging to small businesses and unfortunately do not really reflect the full story.
Once again, I'm sorry you're angry and disappointed and I'm sorry you felt the need to leave us a 1* review. Kate

Always wary of a website I don't know but "My Foolish Art" is superb. Great range of items. Delivered promptly, very well packaged in bubble wrap and foam protector. Outside box is also well signed with a "take care, glass" label.

Great product and service
Super range to pick from - which was hard!
Delivery was quick and picture (in glass frame) was so well wrapped with care. The print is fantastic with great colours and can’t wait to see look on recipients’ faces!
