I had a very disappointing experience and feel compelled to share it so others don’t face the same issue. I recently availed the service from myfng.in to replace the dicky switch of my Hyundai Grand i10. To my surprise, I was billed ₹2,500 for the entire job, including labour. Later, when I checked the actual price of the switch in the market, I found that the original part costs only around ₹650.
Charging almost four times the cost of the part for such a simple replacement is extremely unreasonable. What makes it worse is that there was no clear explanation given for why the charges were so high. The pricing felt completely non-transparent, and I felt taken advantage of as a customer.
A basic switch replacement does not justify such an inflated bill, and the lack of upfront communication about the cost only adds to the frustration. This kind of overcharging really damages customer trust.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I expected professionalism and fairness, but instead I walked away feeling cheated. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, ask for detailed estimates beforehand, and consider alternative service centres before trusting this one.
