Placed a Mother's Day order on May 10 at 7:29 PM. The platform accepted a 7-9 PM delivery slot for the same day, a window that had already passed. No functional booking system should allow this.
Called multiple times throughout the day. No one answered. Emailed. No response until the next morning. When they finally replied, they shifted blame to the customer rather than acknowledging their system failure.
Promised redelivery on May 11. Still waiting. No time estimate given.
The product itself I doubt will be good by now. The operations, customer service, and system reliability are not at all for sure. Do not use this service for any ocassion.

My Flower gift
Before placing my order with My Flower Gift, I clearly asked them whether delivery to my location was possible. They confirmed it was possible. I also specifically asked if delivery at 11:30 AM was possible, and again they confirmed. Based on their assurance, I placed the order and paid ₹5650.
However, the order was not delivered at the promised time. When I tried calling them, they did not answer my calls or reply to my WhatsApp messages. After repeatedly trying to contact them, I finally sent an email. Only then did they respond, first saying that my delivery location was not in Rajahmundry. Later, they gave another excuse saying the cake was freshly made, so it got delayed.
After giving multiple reasons and excuses, they finally delivered the cake at 4 PM — almost the entire surprise was ruined. This was meant to be a special surprise for my loved one, but because of their irresponsible service, the moment was completely spoiled.
The biggest disappointment was the cake itself. The cake I received looked nothing like the cake I ordered. The quality was also very poor. Their customer service was extremely bad, and their replies were arrogant and unprofessional.
Please look at the difference between the ordered cake and the delivered cake — then you will understand their standards.
Pure waste of time and money. I strongly suggest people not to trust them or order from them.

Very disappointing experience. They will respond quickly until the payment is made, but after payment, there was absolutely no response to calls or messages and the order was not delivered on time. Later, after the event/party was already over, random excuses like “baker’s strike” were given.
Basic courtesy would have been to inform the customer in advance so alternative arrangements could be made.
My honest suggestion — do not make payment until the order is delivered. Please avoid ordering if you are depending on timely delivery for an important occasion.

I had a bad experience with my flower gift online website. This absolutely fraud. I ordered one cake for brother's birthday then I paid 963/ rs after 2 hours again asked 400/ extra money .I refused why you know after? They asked my money again for delivery I checked this company website I have seen many people wrote their bad experiences. I asked my money return back they refused and sending bad emails,and threatening me . Don't purchase this website. This is a scam. I booked through WhatsApp. After again I contacted that number no answer after money. Anyone knows this company based address. I have to go cyber crime registration against them. I started complaints gpay and my bank against them.

This was my first time using this flower delivery service, and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience.
I had confirmed all details with their team via WhatsApp/Email, including the order, price, delivery time (1 PM), and location. I had clearly informed that this was a surprise delivery and that the receiver would be occupied with her jubilee function, so she might not be able to answer calls. Since the delivery location was a church parish hall, it should have been easy to locate her and hand over the bouquet. I made several calls to the support team and one call was attended and she was very rude to me.
However, your delivery person arrived only after 1:45 PM. He asked for the receiver’s name and showed the bouquet to her but did not hand it over, stating that he needed to take a picture. I never asked for a picture. Even after noticing that she was having food and agreeing to wait to take a picture , he disappeared afterward without delivering the bouquet directly. Eventually, the bouquet was found left unattended somewhere in the hall. This is highly unprofessional—he should have ensured proper handover before leaving.
Additionally, I paid INR 2600 for a bouquet of 50 flowers, but only 25 flowers were delivered. This is unacceptable. There is no refund and no response for my complaint email.
I also strongly urge you to improve your service quality to avoid such issues in the future.

I had a very bad experience with My Flower Gift. I ordered a cake and flowers 5 days in advance for my parents’ anniversary, with delivery scheduled on 14 April at 10 AM.
On the day, there was no response to calls for hours. After repeated follow-ups, they replied on WhatsApp and assured delivery—but nothing arrived on time. My family and guests waited and even delayed the celebration, but the event was completed without the cake, which was very embarrassing and heartbreaking.
Finally, the order was delivered at 4 PM, which is completely unacceptable. The cake delivered was not what I ordered, and delivered from a small local shop near by my house and was of much lower value than what I paid (₹3153). Flowers were not delivered at all.
This is not about money—it’s about trust, reliability, and respect for customers’ special moments. especially for important occasions. This kind of irresponsible service can ruin special moments.
Think twice before ordering from them.
