This is a fraud site. Do not waist your money. I ordered a funeral flower arrange to deliver on June 21st to Kerala. The funeral was on June 21st, and I paid a premium to deliver this flower between 7 am and 9am. They never delivered this. On 22nd I contacted them. They simply said it was delivered. That is a pure lie. These are thieves, who is trying to pick pocket from other people. Don't fall this scam. Stay away from them. If there was an option, I would give them zero star or even below.

I ordered something they delivered totally different its totally waste of money

I haven't read the review here, my bad. This is fraud site. The reviews on the site is dummy. I don't even think anyone reviewed it really. I ordered flowers balloons flower bouquet and chocolates bunch. Paid extra charges for fixed time delivery. They were prompt until I did transaction assuring that it will get delivered on time however it wasn't and no one responded when I tried to reach. Moreover contact number is always ringing but noone attends. I lost around1400 rupees in this order. Everything is scam. Is there a way to block this site so in future noone will fall on this site like others.

I luckily only ordered cake, i am in Canada so i wanted to make my lived one bday special but thanks to this pathetic site since i was in hurry i did not check twice and ordered but what all mention same thing happened with me they immediately texted when i was ordering but then vanished after payment. I tried ordering to see their pattern n yes they again texted bcz they dont know its me again, fraud people, i lost 1500rs in this but losing 2 rs on these scammers is a pain this is so unfair n they are running this so smoothly

Ordered a bunch of 60 roses and a mixed fruit cake for my parents 60th anniversary. Called them up to make sure they could do 'same day delivery' and since they said it was coming from a place less than 15kms away, I believed them. It was a time-sensitive delivery.
Cake arrived the next day. The bunch of roses did not have 60 roses but just 48 roses! Also, the cake was not a fruit cake and certainly not what was shown in the photo. All those were paid for too. Prices were on the higher side too.
Absolutely no response on customer service mobile number or their email id once the order is placed.
Had I read the reviews here, I would never have ordered from this site. Then again, after reading all the other horror stories, I am glad at least something was delivered. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Ordered for 1st June fixed time inbetween 7 to 9. Still now no contacts, no mail response, called so many times. No response yet. What poor service you are doing at the moment. This gift is for my wifes birthday. And you have destroyed our happiness.If you cant delever on time then please done fool people.

They are completely fake. They don't deliver your order and there is no refund

I placed an order for a midnight cake delivery on 24th May, providing all the correct details including the address and phone number. The order was accepted, but after that, there was complete silence—no confirmation call, no updates. I repeatedly called and messaged throughout the night with no response. Only after sending a strongly worded email did I finally get a reply saying they would “check.” Shockingly, the cake was delivered the next afternoon at 2 PM without any apology or explanation. This was a time-sensitive surprise that was completely ruined. Terrible service and complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend MyFlowerGift to anyone.

they are fraud. Placed an order for Flower basket after confirming if they deliver to the location. Placed the order, a day over no information. When I reached out they said they cannot deliver to the location. When asked for refund, no response over email or Whatsapp or call. Looks like they are running a scam. Be aware of such morons. Its my mistake that I didn't visit this site first to see the reviews. All of them have the same experience as I have.

I wont even give 1 star.This is a scam website.Before ordering flowers,I checked with their chat if they delivered to my address and they said yes and everything was ordered.On the day of delivery, they sent me email saying they cant deliver flowers, do I want cake and chocolates.I said no as I didnt need that.When I call the number given, they wont answer anything but ask you to send email. When I sent email, there is no response. After trying to reach them on chat again asking for refund and not credit, they sent me an email saying it will be credited and they close the chat. I havent received any credit either.
Absolute scam. Please do not use this site.

I had a highly disappointing and frustrating experience with MyFlowerGift.com, and I feel it is important to share this to help others avoid similar issues.

We placed an online order for a flower bouquet worth ₹3,000 for our parents’ wedding anniversary, scheduled to be delivered on 20th May 2025. The payment was collected in advance, and everything seemed fine during the order process. However, the item was never delivered, even by the second half of the day.

When we contacted their customer care for an update, the staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional, offering no proper response or support. We then emailed their customer service, and to our disbelief, they claimed that the item had already been delivered and that they had received some form of acknowledgment from an unknown individual. This was completely false and unacceptable.

Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no effort to redeliver the product or issue a refund. Their attitude towards a genuine customer concern was extremely irresponsible and arrogant. They do not answer calls, rarely respond to emails, and show absolutely no accountability or courtesy.

This entire experience leads us to believe that MyFlowerGift.com is a fraudulent platform, operating with the sole intention of collecting money without fulfilling orders. Their behavior is unethical and misleading, especially when dealing with occasions that are emotionally significant to customers.

We strongly advise against using this website. It is unsafe, unreliable, and customer support is practically non-existent. Such websites should be reported and banned to prevent further loss to other customers.

Avoid at all costs. Choose more reputable and trusted flower delivery services for your important moments.

I ordered 40 roses , balloons and a box of celebration chocolate to deliver on 5/20/25 and paid for fixed time delivery . They claiming that they delivered and it is not delivered to the address provided. The customer service lady is very rude and have no manners to respond to the call and yelling over phone . I should have read the reviews before ordering . Plz don’t order anything from them . They are SCAMMERS….

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order. When placing the order, I was assured by the order taker that the cake delivery would be a surprise — which was a key part of why I chose your service.
Unfortunately, the delivery person revealed the surprise before the cake was delivered, completely ruining the experience we had planned. This has taken away the special value we were expecting, and it no longer feels worth the money we spent. Also asked me to pay additional amnout 400rs
We expected better from your service and are deeply dissatisfied with how this was handled. I hope you understand our disappointment. I may take this issue to higher level for compensation of my pain.

Very bad . It’s a bloody cheater . Prior to place order ask them will deliver in address, they said ok and after placing the order they need extra money due to non coverage in that area . When I ask them for refund they are mentioning company policy
So don’t go anyone with this cheating company . If anyone wants to raise complaint against this cheater I will also join

Very bad experience i have faced with My flower gift company. Their performance is very poor. They only take the payment in advance from the customer and not deliver the things we ordered. Just before the delivery they will ask for more payment towards delivery and thus cancels the order. I recommend all not to loose your money by choosing this cheaters (My flower gift). After cancelling the order they issued a credit note valid for one year instead of refunding the money. Myflowergift support desk is sending message that they cannot process refund of money, they could only make credit note which is useless. So i highly recommend please do not go with this cheaters anymore. I have all the crystal clear proof that they have cheated me and am planning to move legally, so that they will not repeat this.

I confirmed delivery availability with MyFlowerGift before placing an order for a colleague's wedding. Paid extra for same-day, fixed-slot delivery. Not only was the delivery missed, but there was also zero communication no call, no response to my calls, texts, or emails.

The next day, they gave a pathetic excuse that the recipients number wasnt working a number I had used to speak with the person on the same day. Even after providing an alternate number and location pin, they still didnt bother to deliver or resolve anything.

They didn't respond on text, very rude on call and did not provide any resolution over email. They outright refused to redeliver, did not refund and claimed that the flowers were wasted - as if it was the customer's fault when they did not inform or offer any resolution.

Completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and dishonest.

Never using this service again, and strongly recommend others stay away.

Disappointing Experience: Undelivered Mother's Day Cake and Unresponsive Customer Service

I placed an order for a Mother's Day cake on May 5th, with delivery scheduled for May 10th. Unfortunately, the cake never arrived. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times via phone and email but received no response. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order is unacceptable.

I am seeking a full refund for the undelivered product. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and delivery processes to prevent similar issues for other customers.

I ordered the 25 roses flower basket for my mother and they didn’t deliver what i ordered they charged for 25 roses and delivered less and the product was completely different. I have emailed my issue no response until today. Avoid this company at all costs. Scammer only try to still customers money by providing different law price product.

They are scammers. Because while ordering the product they responded so well. Now, no response at all from anyone.
