We regularly use Williamson’s and they never disappoint. Great updates on where the delivery is and even who the driver is! Thanks again team. The flowers were beautiful.

I was delighted with Williamson’s my florist from start to finish. My call was answered immediately which is unusual in these changing times. I was asked if I knew what kind of floral arrangement I needed or could they guide me through various types and flower colours which I found really helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My sister was very happy with the flowers that she received from me for her birthday. She said how beautiful they are. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Williamson’s Florist. The staff were polite and very patient over the phone, taking the time to make sure everything was right. The recipient absolutely loved the flowers, which were beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. I also really appreciated that they were happy to include a personalised card with the bouquet.
If I had one small suggestion for improvement, it would be around taking longer messages. There were 15 names to go on the card, and I would have preferred to email these over rather than dictating them on the phone. The staff member insisted on taking them verbally, but due to an unclear phone line there was a spelling mistake, and I ended up having to email the list anyway.
That said, the overall service and quality were excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Williamson’s Florist again or recommend them to others.

A beautiful arrangement delivered nice and early in the day. A colourful, tasteful arrangement of flowers obviously made with loving pride as always from Williamson's, Broughty Ferry. With special thanks to Paula.

Ordered a lovely wreath (Christmas Remembrance Swag) for my Parents graveside but the wreath was half the size (in terms of content) and looks thin and cheap compared to the full and lush pic online. Don't see the point in complaining directly as they will be well aware of the quality they are sending out and that it looks nothing like the online pic. Very disappointed.
The first indication of problems came when the item we ordered on the site was not available to be sent to the postcode we had specified (no indication on the site that this was a problem).
We ordered on a Sunday for Thursday delivery but only informed on Wednesday by phone that there was a problem, so had no time to make alternative arrangements.
The lady I spoke to was lovely though, so I did not make a fuss and just took a hand tied bouquet instead. HOWEVER the second disaster was the flowers were then delivered to me NOT to the person we ordered them to go to.
We made the order on line and I can see from my computer that it still remembers and autofils the correct address for the recipient but somehow this was garbled between my computer and Williamsons. The address they have on their system makes no sense - a combination of two different towns and a mismatch of postcode and county. Anyone looking at the address would see there was a problem. They looked enough to decide they could not deliver the item we requested but not to see the challenge with the address.
My complaint with them was not this confusion - systems screw up - BUT there was no interest in trying to sort the situation out for us. We just wasted £57 on a pretty mediocre bunch of flowers - (I could have bought a nicer bunch locally for much less!!) that will now not arrive with my friend for her birthday. At no point did anyone try to make this better by suggesting any useful resolution. I wanted to order from a local company rather than the standard Moonpig - my mistake - will not make it again!
Don’t even think of ordering from this company! Horrible customer service. I have called and spoke with male when ordering flowers and told him exactly which bouquet I want. He confirmed next day I received completely different flowers and not the ones I ordered. That is worse that bouquet I picked was afvertised with a lot of flowers £50. And I have received only half flowers. After I complained they just ignored me. What a cheap scams noting else!!! Don’t waste your money.
Bought a bouquet which in all with delivery fee was £63 more than I would pay in Manchester. However my friend lives in Edinburgh so needed a local florist. My friend was in tears at the beauty of the flowers and when she sent me a picture I saw my first of 3cscottish thistle!! so lovely bright flowers, very fresh and I’m told smell amazing! Beautifully presented. Thank you ❤️
My Son sent me flowers for Mother’s Day, which were very expensive, it was a lovely thought and so very much appreciated, however I am disgusted that this company take advantage of anyone sending flowers as a gift.
The majority of the floral arrangement was greenery, with very few actual flowers, absolutely shocking and disgusting
I ordered the pastel hat box at £80 and stressed as much pink as possible. What arrived had no pink whatsoever and was all creams and browns. After complaining they uplifted the first delivery and replaced with something that had pink in it but was now pink and cream/brown however it still bore no resemblance to the photo online as it should have included lilac/purple/ and blues along with the pink. I have complained AGAIN but was told that the photos are only a guideline?? This was my first order and will definately be my last. I would strongly suggest avoiding this particular option as at almost £100 including delivery it was a HUGE disappointment
Wow, what can I say, utterly horrendous company who I would recommend to avoid at all costs. On the recent loss of my father, his employer (unfortunately!) chose to purchase from this company (they will not ever again following our family's recent meeting with them). On arrival, the flowers were not only incredibly sparse (essentially a collection of twigs) but were dead and withered. Understandably, this caused my mother a great deal of distress during an already traumatic period. As one would understand, in between arranging her husband's funeral and dealing with the trauma of his sudden loss, contacting Williamson's at this point was not high on the list of my mum's priorities - however, she did take numerous pics of the flowers (complete with the wrapping paper as they had just arrived!!!!) to allow a family member (myself) to deal with the matter after the funeral. Now, this is when Jim Williamson, Managing Director, demonstrated both his lack of professionalism and empathy. He refused to acknowledge the distress and simply kept reiterating that his flowers had a "7 day guarantee" and that there was nothing that could now be done. He consistently questioned the authenticity of the pics, demanding date stamps etc - as I pointed out, the ludicrousness of his thinly veiled accusations that my mum would have staged a photoshoot after the 7 day period in order to gain some paltry refund. In conclusion, Jim felt it was acceptable to question the authenticity of a bereaved family's very clear evidence. Absolutely disgusting spineless man who clearly has no idea of how to operate a successful company or what constitutes effective P.R or customer relations. Indeed, prior to blocking my social media post, Jim, once again, displayed his lack of compassion by stating that "If we had been alerted to any potential issue with the flowers within our 7 day freshness guarantee, we would have been able to act. Unfortunately, the time margin has lapsed by some considerable margin." The whole post was swiftly removed by the company following the understandably outraged reaction to this statement. Gobsmacked and disgusted does not begin to describe my reaction to my very unpleasant telephone conversation with this individual.
My partner booked her wedding flowers from them but due to coronavirus the wedding never went ahead. She has spoke to jim who is tha manager at williamson in livingston to try get a refund as we ended up getting married without flowers. For weeks they have told her she would get a refund, then today we went in and jim was saying that all the time he "works" on it will be deducted from her refund. I am sorry but this is beyond a joke absolurely disgraceful. I phoned up the shop to make a complaint as well and have been totally ignored and was not passed on to make a complaint. Absolute joke
Despite COVID I got Beautiful flowers delivered next morning for our wedding anniversary.
Cannot praise them highly enough
