From start to finish the transaction for vinyl plaque was easy,especially with Simon at the tiller.

I ordered a framed first dance vinyl record for my friend's wedding and could not be happier with the result. My friends were delighted. I found Simon to be very responsive and went out of his way to complete the order quickly. Would definitely recommend and order again.

I ordered 5 framed book covers for the author. Both she and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out.

They are of the highest quality, and you can tell that proper care went into them.

Very impressed with the look of the product and Simon’s excellent customer service!

I chose to purchase from My First Record due to the reviews I had seen online. I needed somewhere reliable and reputable for a colleague's leaving gift and opted to go for this one. Immediately, Simon was incredibly attentive and thorough with all of my questions and requests, with no ask ever being too much for him.

We had a short turnaround time and Simon very kindly delayed his holiday to ensure we received the framed vinyl ahead of the required date, in excellent condition which goes to show just how much care and pride he puts into each of his bespoke items.

I have no doubt that the item will be extremely well received (never been so excited to gift something) and it's all thanks to Simon and his excellent customer service. I will absolutely be spreading the word for this small business and also purchasing from here again in the future.

Excellent customer service and fabulous product, I purchased 2 framed records for our dear friend nicknamed "snowman" for his special birthday, he had a fabulous birthday and was brought to tears when he opened his gift. He has put them up on the wall and I know they will be treasured, thank you Simon for making the perfect gift for our dear friend.

Simon was so helpful with the details of the product, dispatch information and how best to assemble it and display it. The vinyl record was a present for my partner who was absolutely thrilled and couldn’t be happier with the framed artwork.
