I ordered from MyFilterCompany.com twice and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them

I ordered from MyFilterCompany.com twice. Each time it was very fast shipping, good communication and good customer service. The first order was a small order because I didn't want to order a large amount of Fujitsu wifi adapters without ever ordering from them. The product is quality Fujitsu, shipping was very fast, and the questions I had for the gentleman who answered the phone were all answered politely and knowledgably. I have confidence in this company, so I ordered four more fujitsu wifi adapters and I had the same EXCELLENT experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

SUPERB Customer Service and Communication

I recently bought a couple of items for my home heating/airconditioning system from My Filter Company. I did business with this firm because their website was clear and easy to navigate and because they had the best price on my items. I couldn't be happier that I chose them.

All my messages to the company are answered quickly, clearly, and with a friendly tone, and for an item I needed to send back (my mistake, not theirs) they accepted the item and refunded the cost right away.

Without a moment's hesitation, I'll contact My Filter Company first the next time I need heater or air conditioner parts or supplies.
