Excellent Customer Service!
My billing account had an issue. I called and thought it was fixed. A software update caused the fix to be overwritten (things happen). I called again and the rep was able to fix the issue long-term. The rep was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful!

Great customer service and easy-to-use interface
I only needed to send one fax from UK to Australia, so needed a quick sign up and send process. I was able to do this with MyFax and cancelling was very easy. I just called the UK phone number from the support section of their website and the friendly person on the other end sorted the cancellation for me within minutes, even giving me a reference number.
Even though I didn't need the service any longer, I will certainly recommend them to anyone that needs to send a fax via email.
