They will scam your grandma or grandpa out of 200 dollars. Beware! None of their services are worth it you can get the programs installed for free if you download them yourself.
They had issues with Google before, where their marketing accounts were shut down due to scam practices.

Like what you did but my computer died an I am not using it any more

Would not use them again. They had control of my computer for 15 hours. Then they didn't even fix the problem they promised they could fix. The 2 I spoke to did not act like they really knew what they were talking about. TO have control of my computer for 15 hours and not even fix the problem I called in about proves to me their techs don't know what they are doing. I would not recommend them to anyone. Then promised someone would call and give me a full refund and still waiting on that call.

The guys were very helpful and very tech and extremely nice to me with our talk!

I love that my computre is so great! You did an awesome job, I actually called some of my friends and family and bragged about it! 😅 But I'm new at this so you'll be hearing from me again. Again, thank you, it was a wise choice and now I'm hooked!

My honest experience - it was extremely frustrating at first, but your reps hung in there with me and finally got the job done. I am 80 years old, and not the most computer-savvy grandma in the world, and I have to say, they were kind and patient with me. I bought a new computer, and I could never have gotten it set up without them! Thank you Guys!

It took quite a bit of time to get me all squared away but now everything is going great

From start - my panic & despair beginning with digital & telephone conversations of clarification - to hesitation in acceptance of such expert finalization of installations, I can acknowledge professionalism, insight and thoroughness of your organization. As disabled senior, alone, who depends as my provision resource(s) the Internet connection is my life provision. Thank you for such honesty in outlining with specifics and clarity of process with conclusion of digital confirmation(s).

At first I was not sure because for a day and a half my pc was real slow but over the weekend it got faster and faster and now it is as fast as it has ever been.

The result was better than expected.

The people with the original diagones were through and well versed in the probable causes.

The technician that cleared and reset my computer was a super efficient person that cleared my problem, reset my computer and went above the work I had expected to be done.

Very happy and surprised at the outcome !

Still a few spots that don't work too well.

Their cleaning operation created menu fonts on both Microsoft Office and Photoshop that were very tiny, pale, and almost unreadable against the background. They wanted to help, but demurred while sorrowfully asserting they didn't work on individual programs. I pleaded with them to just reverse the damaging activities but they weren't able to do that. I tried reinstalling Photoshop (which I've taught) and Office. The Office installation disk which previously worked resulted in NO program available. I lost all my spreadsheets, emails, receipts, and calendar. You REALLY need to think about that. Do NOT participate in this program. Over the last few months, I've spent enough to buy a new computer, but it's money down the drain. They DID refund my most recent automatic credit card payment.

Steven went above and beyond the call of duty. I thought when Gmail shut me out of my account, I had lost a book manuscript and photos I could never have replaced, as well as work for a present client that I am producing on deadline. Not to mention--my life for the past 10 years, as lived on Gmail! I learned a lot, too. I am so grateful for this service, and I will recommend it to others. Finally, I resolve now to maintain multiple back-ups and safety software to the max. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you, Steven and My Fast PC!

Was skeptical and not trusting when we started. I see a big change in our computer. Problems we were having are now gone. Response is quicker. Even though we couldn't afford it, we went ahead with it. The three gentlemen I worked with were very helpful. Glad we did it!
