My Face Yoga Gym is just amazing. Niki is very knowledgeable. She is very kind. The gym has tons of diferent routines, so we don't get bored. I highly recommend myfaceyogagym for anyone wanting to grow old with a fit face.

Finding Niki was such a gift.
She is truly enthusiastic about this method which makes her so authentic. Her explanations are always very detailed and easy to follow, not only about the exercises but the anatomy of our face as well. The practice with Niki is always easy and fun.
Niki has inspired me to create and commit to a daily Face Yoga practice.
I now can’t go a day without it.

The Face yoga gym is a great module for natural facelifting. It is simple and well structured and divided into difficulty levels. Niki is a great instructor, so natural and spontaneous. It's a lot of fun and after 4-8 weeks you can see the changes in your facial muscles, facial expressions and also in your radiance. I can highly recommend it!

I love the Mini-Gua Sha tool. It works like no other; being smaller in size lends itself to many functions. I use it every single day! So glad I purchased it!

Niki's faceyoga gym is very well structured and really easy to access and use daily. I love the variety and combinations of fun workouts. She picks you up where you are, you can choose your level (beginner/advanced), the length of your workout and area you want to work with. Even if my days are really busy, it is always possible for me to start and end the day with Niki's relaxing FACE YOGA exercises. I love her style and her classes and workouts are made with so much love and expertise. Niki has a heart of gold and I deeply appreciate her sincere approach to be of service to others. I am really enjoying my journey and after three weeks already feel so different and can see first results! Thank you Niki!

I found My face yoga gym while already involved with a different account. But was instantly intrigued by the transparency and ease of the gym set up. I quickly switched my practice to “my face yoga gym”. I have been very happy with the structure of the program as well as seeing my own positive results. The teaching of poses are specific and descriptive, ease of learning what they are benefiting as well as correct and optional techniques. Niki, the director of the program developed a practice fit for all types of people and their needs / ages and schedules. Making it very difficult to have an excuse not to commit to daily practice. She also shares her personal journey with sincerity. I trust and enjoy my workouts with my face yoga gym.
