Easy to use website.

Long delivery time, some products hardly have any scent and a couple smell like cheap disinfectant.
Overall quite disappointing.

Takes too long to be delivered, waited 2 weeks for mine…again

I have made my 2nd purchase from Fabulosa. The last purchase is yet to be delivered. While I was making the 2nd purchase I registered for email notifications regarding products and offers etc. A text messages came through on my phone but since I was on the Fabulosa website intending to make a purchase I ignored the phone (thinking it was someone else sending a text) and continued with my shopping. I made a purchase worth around £27.00 (it was on Thursday, July 9th). When I checked my phone after making payment I discovered it was a text from Fabulosa giving me 10% discount off my next purchase. I had just paid for my 2nd purchase and couldn't apply the discount. Yesterday, I received another text saying the discount would soon expire? What's that supposed to mean? My next (3rd) purchase - if at all I will make one based on my 2nd purchase usage and delivery experience - will be in, at least, a month (or more than that) time and I intend to use the discount then. Otherwise, there is no point telling me.

Update on my problem with Fabulosa,..there is no update.
After saying all the ‘right’ things on here and after calling several times and emailing them at lease 5 times.
They don’t answer the phone nor their emails.
Very frustrating, as on this very site, I was asked to email them directly.

Love the smell of the rouge perfume spray , it smells like a perfume and the house smells amazing

Waited nearly two weeks for order,again ,when stated next day delivery?
Then received only half the order!
Definitely will not be using again

Love the items got Rouge and Baby powder smells amazing. Just a slight problem with a few items in the bundle where they had leaked leaving a few of the bottles half full. U sure if this is due to delivery or if the bottles had been sealed properly.
Excellent value for money will defo be ordering again.

Unfortunately I didn’t realise that this collection smelled exactly like my worse nightmare! OUD! If you like that fragrance you’ll love it but for me 🤮🤣 ps I had one bottle emptied in the package, a loose top so everything was soaked… and that’s when I realised what the fragrance was 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ didn’t complain what’s the point.

Absolutely love the products, keeps the house looking and smelling fresh clean and wonderfully inviting. Long lasting and the bundles are great value to keep your home beautiful. Last order took a little longer to be dispatched but this was due to the high volume of orders which speaks for itself!

I love the fabulosa range is went for the mixed household bundle of this product and wasnt disappointed with my order it all smells amazing I love it all. The delivery was super quick and the customer service is fantastic I highly recommend the bundles its such good value for money

I’ve been a customer for a few years now. And I really enjoy shopping with them.
The website is really easy to navigate and there’s always something new to try.
Whether you like floral scents, fruity, fresh or even the new Oud type there’s something for everyone.
Everything is such good value for money and their customer service is excellent. I never have to wait very long for my parcels to arrive.
Everything I’ve bought has been securely packed into big bags to prevent any leaks. And there’s plenty of packing so the products are not damaged.
I find Fabulosa products to be of good quality and combined with the beautiful scents, leave your home smelling great.
My favourite thing to buy is the concentrated disinfectant. It’s so versatile.
