Me and some coworkers went there and we went to the back to buy some chicken and some tater tots and I washed the lady in the back being so rude to this old lady. I knew I was gonna be next so when I got up there I got on her butt cause she was rude to me off rip I wouldn’t eat Jack from there. Please just go get your gas don’t even eat. Nothing from there cause you don’t wanna get no food for somebody with an attitude and I’ll tell him what they’re gonna do to the food believe me it’s better places to take and if you need some ideas, just let me know

Absolutely garbage online shopping service waiting over a month for items .. still haven't received and have contacted customer service multiple times telling me I have to wait .. will never shop through myers again .. not even in store .. will be letting my 400k followers know also

This is a department store so they usually have what you want but you dont get a lot of help so have to look for yourself fitting rooms are a long wait

Great to shop. Customer service is good. Brand Names are in the store. Great for presents for Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Christmas Day.

I am a Carer and an extremely vulnerable person I support was shown the most amazingly high standards of Customer Care when they hired a skip recently from Myers skip company in Huddersfield. In particular I commend a staff member called Gabby who showed exceptional kindness along with wonderful professional competence. Fabulous Thank you! 😊

Hi. I've never had a problem with Myers Online till now. I ordered thru a pay later a 25L air fryer via click and collect. Didn't say there was no stock. Waited a couple of days cause when in stock and it's click and collect it shouldn't take long.
Rang them up and was told it's on backorder cause they are out if stock. I argued with the operator that it didn't say out of stock so where is my order. This morning I received an email from Myers that they have cancelled my order, and said they have refunded me thru my pay later. Don't figure! I've been a loyal customer of Myers for a while now. And after complaining, I get this email. Also after checking, apparently there is another myer store that says it has one. I'm going to do more investigating.
