Shady subscription switch
I had a subscription for their calm gummies. Recently they said they’d discontinued them, and for the next scheduled shipment, they’d send a completely different product for free. Tried to charge shipping for a product I didn’t order - they corrected that. Then TWO WEEKS after receiving the new “sample,” I got an email saying my -next subscription- would be sent in 5 days. I never consented to a new subscription for this sample product. That’s incredibly shitty business. I cancelled the subscription (which is not easy to find at all). Good company that isn’t good anymore. Signing customers into subscriptions without their consent is trash.

Too frequent shipment - even when asked for delay
I received a morning email that a shipment was being prepared. I responded immediately that I did not want/need a new one so soon, and to please cancel. Several hours later, I received an email saying the shipment has been sent out!
No response to my request to cancel it.
Please! Take note! I have written again asking that shipments be delayed - and the next one, CANCELLED. I cannot use the product that fast!!

I have cancelled my subscription 3 times, and sadly 3 times I've gotten the item I no longer wanted, and was charged for it. I see now that I have a charge pending for another shipment. I did send an email asking to get refunded and explained I do not want any more CBD soft gels, but I was a little too frustrated and my tone was not as kind as I usually am. I'm just not sure why this keeps happening. I really would like to get a refund should the charge go through. Thank you
Since your account migration
Since your account migration, I have had nothing but trouble. Missed shipments, overcharges, and promises of having these issues resolved only to be ghosted by all but one member of your team (sent six messages in over a 2- week period and only the first one was answered). You’re an awesome company. You used to have wonderful customer care. But this is beyond unprofessional. It’s one thing to have technical issues, it’s another to completely ignore customer service requests that mess with people’s medicine and money.
