Starting to feel this company is a bit of a scam - sure are consistent about not shipping goods.

I had a subscription for their calm gummies. Recently they said they’d discontinued them, and for the next scheduled shipment, they’d send a completely different product for free. Tried to charge shipping for a product I didn’t order - they corrected that. Then TWO WEEKS after receiving the new “sample,” I got an email saying my -next subscription- would be sent in 5 days. I never consented to a new subscription for this sample product. That’s incredibly shitty business. I cancelled the subscription (which is not easy to find at all). Good company that isn’t good anymore. Signing customers into subscriptions without their consent is trash.

No way to talk to anyone - no way to cancel subscription self service. Not responsive poor customer service.

I postponed my order yesterday because I don’t need it. It shipped today. Why?

I’m so grateful for this cream, it does work. I use it everyday and it takes my pain away. I just gave one of my cream to a friend to use for the first time. I’m so confident that she will love it too.

2nd time my order/subscription has been late & no offer of a credit

I received a morning email that a shipment was being prepared. I responded immediately that I did not want/need a new one so soon, and to please cancel. Several hours later, I received an email saying the shipment has been sent out!
No response to my request to cancel it.
Please! Take note! I have written again asking that shipments be delayed - and the next one, CANCELLED. I cannot use the product that fast!!
I would appreciate a confirmation email that you have seen my request, and that future shipments will be delayed!

I didn’t actually have a conversation with a dosage specialist this time. I decided to restart the soft gel routine.

No one contacted me. I can’t access my migrated account and am getting error messages when I try to activate and cannot access to modify subscriptions. What kind of scam is this!!?!

This cream is incredible!
I have some edema in my legs, a stress fracture in one leg, some bone spur and arthritis issues and THIS IS THE ONLY THING that I have found that has relieved the pain!

I did not have a call with anyone. I also delayed my last order but it’s still shipped. FYI Something is not working on your end.

I have cancelled my subscription 3 times, and sadly 3 times I've gotten the item I no longer wanted, and was charged for it. I see now that I have a charge pending for another shipment. I did send an email asking to get refunded and explained I do not want any more CBD soft gels, but I was a little too frustrated and my tone was not as kind as I usually am. I'm just not sure why this keeps happening. I really would like to get a refund should the charge go through. Thank you

Since your account migration, I have had nothing but trouble. Missed shipments, overcharges, and promises of having these issues resolved only to be ghosted by all but one member of your team (sent six messages in over a 2- week period and only the first one was answered). You’re an awesome company. You used to have wonderful customer care. But this is beyond unprofessional. It’s one thing to have technical issues, it’s another to completely ignore customer service requests that mess with people’s medicine and money.

I did not place this order!!
