At all stages the people I had contact with either my e mail, phone or in person made me fell more like I was talking so a friend about options etc rather than someone trying to sell me something.

App is clunky and i cant add my device
App is clunky and i cant add my device. When it asks for serial number , the link is not accessible. No registration code was given. I understand you can find it on page 2 of the documentation, but i was only given the start up brochure.
Charger works effectively but being in a garage the wifi is ineffective so I do not have the ability to customise the charging to use the solar. Unfortunate

The registration code can normally be found within the information pages on the Zappi itself, typically on page 2. Highly recommended. Great website and rapid delivery. Product instructions made install and set up very straightforward. Now enjoying watching the Eddi and Harvi units ensure that I export zero solar pv back to the grid.

Transferring to an EV is a big deal
Transferring to an EV is a big deal, given that we may not have the background knowledge around keeping our new vehicle charged up and on the road. The Zappi charger was recommended to me as compatible with my home set up and I was pleased to find a choice of local recommended electricians trained by myenergi. The charger has been great and the support and app to track my usage has been a real boon, controlled from my phone. What might have been a nervy transition has been straightforward and given me some confidence with my new tech, which was much appreciated!
