My doll for my great niece is absolutely incredible. It is of her papa who passed away. She was just born yesterday. Customer service was wonderful they kept in weekly contact with me. And responded in 24 hrs at the most when I emailed them throughout the process. I will absolutely purchase from them again.

The product was exactly what I was hoping for! It did take quite a while to arrive (a couple of months from order date to arrival) however for the fully customized mobile with my pets perfectly recreated! It will be a lifelong keepsake

Big waste of time, BIGGER waste of money
After waiting on those for over two months (almost 3) the doll finally arrived at the house. I gave them a picture of my wife’s dog, which happens to be a Pug. The doll they sent legitimately looked like a poodle they got off the shelf at Wal-Mart. Nothing and I means NOTHING about this experience was worth the money or hassle. The doll looks nothing like her dog with the exception they are both black, beyond that NOTHING alike. This has been one of the worst gifts I ever purchased for her and absolutely made me look like an idiot for getting for her birthday. Keep in mind her bday was also 2 months ago, so this gift didn’t come remotely in time either. Steer clear folks!

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Paid for expedited shipping and still took over 4 months to receive my order when the expeditated was supposed to only take 1 month. Also, had to make several edits. Customer service only responds via email and waits 6-10 days to respond to a message. I would suggest Esty instead.

3 month wait, poor assembly
Be prepared to wait at least three months for your order. To then not only get it but have it be disassembled when it arrives on wooden pegs that aren’t glued together. The craftsmanship seems half assed also it’s overpriced for what you’re buying. Go on Etsy and find somebody local instead this company is from overseas. They also are not very flexible on refunds as I never received the arm attachment and I told them I didn’t want it, but they refuse to refund. Not worth it

I would absolutely NOT recommend
I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. They promise previews of products, a shipping window, and communication, however, they do not deliver. I purchased an item 11 weeks ago and have still not received it. When I email them (that’s the only way to communicate) they take days to respond and continue to give me the run around. When I became upset about my order, they said it had shipped, however, I paid for the preview so I mentioned that and requested a refund and then two weeks later they all the sudden sent me the preview, meaning they had not shipped the item. The experience has been horrible and they are not reliable. I am not sure I will ever get my item. I would NOT recommend.
