I received the bag but the color looked totally different than it did online. The bag is okay but the quality seems much cheaper than what you would expect from the price. They say they accept returns and exchanges but I emailed multiple times and get an "address not found" error. I also completed the form on the website and have received no response and over a month has passed. I learned my lesson not to fall for Instagram ads.

Scam! The lunch compartment isn't a separate compartment and there isn't enough room in the bag for anything else. The purchase set off a fraud alert with my credit card company for good reason. I've been trying to contact them to return the bag; no luck. Lesson learned.

Scam company!
I tried cancelling my order within minutes and never received a response.
Then got notification that item was shipped. Wrote them again. No response.
Then received an email that the bag was delivered- no bag!
Scam!

Low quality knock off scam the bag is cheaply constructed and does not have the same materials or design that they advertise the lunch portion is not the size they advertise it does not fit the lunch boxes as shown this is such an obvious scam

Horrible customer service. They do not respond until you stop payment on what you have ordered. I believe I would never have been sent what I had ordered until I stopped payment. The company is fraudulent.

This is shocking product you can buy the same one of Amazon for 3x less of the price they are drop shipping this is a shady Chinese company.

Horrible quality. You do not get what is advertised. Their return policy is you can not return if you're unhappy with the product. They have no where to leave a review. Don't waste your money on this product.
