I ordered a portrait of my husband and…
I ordered a portrait of my husband and I back in Nov. for a christmas present for my husband. And my order still hasnt been recieved by UPS. Its now Dec 22nd and i have heard nothing from the company. except for an instant email explaning it takes the company 24-48 hours for the company to reply and that was on Dec 17th.
So... with that being said I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMANY IT IS A SCAM!!!!

I thought its scam but its not. Note: Not US compant
I ordered to them for my husband anniversary gift. I was really hesitant. I paid them and I noticed it was deposited in Hong Kong company. I thought this is an American company. So I was thinking this is a scam and I lost my money. I tracked my order and it seems like its moving. So to make my story short, after more than a month of waiting, It was super late for my anniversary present but it arrived today. My husband loves it! A little disappointed coz I thought its framed and the letter I wrote for my husband is super small, we can barely read it. But I will rate them 5. It was nice though and worth waiting. Thank you very much!

Scam....No Support....Very Disappointed....
I thought I was ordering from an American company, but instead it appears it is in Hong Kong. The website’s shipping information is terribly inaccurate. The tracking information hasn’t changed since 4/23/2020 and today is 5/14, 2020. I have received no help from customer service and now worry that this company is just a sham. Unfortunately, this item was a gift, but the birthday has now passed....really disappointed. I’ve now requested a full refund and am waiting to hear back. Also, any type of support and correspondence does not come from mycustomportrait.com. It comes from Clothing & Accessories in Hong Kong. I have no idea which end is up with this unfortunate website order. I try to be extremely careful and will not order if I know items are not coming from outside of the U.S., but this company truly scammed me.
