Wonderful company
Chris, the owner of this company has a wicked sense of humour; they support charitable causes close to their hearts; their products are exceptionally high quality; their prices are reasonable; their customer service is excellent. What's not to love? Can you describe a company as having warmth? If so, there's a wonderful, crazy warmth that seems to permeate
everything they do.
One teensy tiny niggle - inadequate instructions. For seasoned growers - not a problem. For idiot newbies like me who are easily confused it was a tad frustrating the first time. The videos raised more questions than they resolve. I figured it out with Chris' help in the end. So it's still all good.
