placed my order in the 6/6 and send a email 10 days later, that said they will check and never got back to me, we are almost a month later and still didnt get nothing, looks like there was a error as they fixed it by the end

Dear Lipe Honig, what you typed is not true at all. I have responded to your email with the delayed order, which you received this week. Your mails are sometimes not clear because your english is not very good. If we don't know what you mean, we can't respond. It is then easy to give a bad review instead of calling. We speak to everyone nicely on the phone. Shame on you.

Placed a order at 11 December today is…
Placed a order at 11 December today is 19 January and its still not delivered. Asked 3 times when it will be delivered - everytime i ask the answer i get it next week. However still not happened.
All in all not recommended at all. A unorganized merchant!
PS: My previous review of this company got deleted by trustpilot. Why ? Trustpilot is not objective anymore ?
