Well we all learned something; this company is no longer operating, HOWEVER the owners, executives continue to operate and delve into other businesses. Can find other LLC filings associated with MyC in Delaware, Cali & Vietnam. **They used to pay an incentive to write a TrustPilot review, go figure. Just part of the sham. Highly suggest you be on the lookout for anything with the name "Duy Hyunh," among others. They took an unauthorized loan out of this P2P lending/investing fintech(MyConstant) for one of the owners other ventures known as "Autonomous(sp?)Business Furniture"...Think FTX and u get the idea. Encourage you to google all those that had involvement in this scam, ponzi scheme company and be on lookout for them involved with new companies in months and years to come. They froze accounts Nov 22; all their SEC filings, collateral guarantees & "insurance" were false. Over $9M in customer funds lost I gather including a year's salary for me personally. If I could give this company a 0 I would. This is the WORST company on the planet in my opinion. There is absolutely NO customer service, the phone number is disconnected doesn’t work when called, callback requests are ignored and most of all your money WILL be stolen. Don’t believe anything you read or hear about this company it’s all a big scam. I deposited funds into my account and from day 1 had problems…..my deposit never showed up in the account, had to reach out to them to sort it out, tried them out for a year and requested to close my account which is ridiculous because I shouldn’t have to request account closure there should be a link to do so on my end. Anyway once I made the request that was the end of it they never responded or honored my request it’s been almost 6 months since that request and still “crickets” not a word from them basically my Monet is now gone. So learn from my experience DO NOT fall for this trap, DO NOT do business with MyConstant.

They went bankrupt and are only giving people 30% of their account back.... if you are lucky. You are forced to take this agreement there is no resolve. Even if you only have $100 bucks your only getting like 30% back. What they are doing has to be illegal.

Total Crypto scam. all money was lost

My Constant and Duy Huynh illegally "invested" funds, stole and embezzled funds for Huynh's other business "autonomous" and SO much more. I write this only to invite other defrauded investors to join our group 'my constant victims' on Facebook. There are now multiple investigations into My Constant, including a Desist and Refrain issued by CA DFPI

it's a fraud company, the company took money and now disappeared with client's money

Everyone here planning to write a negative review of MyConstant have to write a negative review on Autonomous profile in Trustpilot. The owner Duy Huynh embezzled MyConstant customers fund into Autonomous, Incognito and other his off shoots. He needs to liquidate his assets in Autonomous to compensate MyConstant customers.

Alright, I have $6k left out there and it seems it will be tough or impossible to get them back. Is there a platform of users so we can share how to get our money back (if possible)? I am not sure what to do at this point.

after having my money in this app for a couple years it is now having problems and has used all withdrawals and are taking 30 percent of your holdings or a 3 year payment plan. the plan is not quite clear but this is the just of it

Duy Huynh, the founder of this company and the owner of Autonomous AI, basically diverted customer funds that were meant for secured lending into his other company and scammed investors. All of the so-called top management are criminals and need to be sent behind bars for life, traced, brought to justice and every penny taken from them to make the investors whole again.

Withdrawals are on hold.! Let's come together for a plan of action.

Its a matter of people's hard earned money and life savings.!

App have a terrible UI and worst customer service I've experienced in the industry. I've attempted to get help while experiencing issues withdrawing USDC and USDT, they became extremely defensive and immediately tried to shift blame to me. In general their answers to questions didn't make any technical sense, which followed by them bullying their own customers if they didn't accept their answers.

I love how user friendly it is and the fast and trustworthy customer.

They have ceased all operations and claimed it will take 10 business days for them to communicate the next steps. I like many, have a lot of funds tied up in investments with MyConstant. They have frozen all assets, despite insisting all loans are heavily collateralized.

Ceased operations without any warning. Only sent an email afterwards to say that they are pausing all transactions, including withdrawal of client assets.
