I have never had issue with my virtual card being compromised after an online purchase until buying from mycolabs. I feel this fraudulent activity is attributed to this company especially since I see another complaining of exact same thing
Within 72 hours of an online purchase with MycoLabs I had an unauthorized purchase made against my card in the US. Immediately locked my card, contact bank and authorities. Another attempt was made this morning unsuccessfully. I believe that either there's a thief at this company or they are compromised. I won't purchase there again.
Ordered several mushroom liquid culture syringes. Multiples had severe contamination. Customer service was the oposite of helpful. Blamed me, didn't have much knowledge and offered store credit then never actually gave me the credit. Paid for 6 new genetics as of right now only one is viable. Having to file a complaint with my credit card company. Sad because this is a midwest grow supply company and I've always had good experiences with them. Will reconsider ordering from them though if they share the same awful customer service.
