I placed an order on July 5, 2025, and as of August 12, 2025, I have not received the dresses I ordered. Emails and WhastApp texts go unanswered. Contact number is always switched off. The dresses seem awesome and I ordered just two to test out if this is a legitimate company and the quality of the fabric.

The issue is the customer service. The suit arrived with a hole in it so I got in touch via Instagram, then via email, then i was told the suit is fine? I showed the outfit to several people who advised me to contact the seller for a refund. Its been 3 months now and they’ve just stopped replying to emails. Never experienced service this bad😐 i order of instagram loads, and only twice i’ve recieved a faulty item, which when i contact the seller they are happy to come to a resolution, but never with these lot. Avoid.

Just want to say that your one of the best salwar suit sellers I purchase from. Must have spent nearly around 400 to 500 with you already. Just can’t fault your service and quality. Extremely highly recommended. Looking. Forward to the next purchase already ordered when I saw it on your site the other day. Got my backing always. Hope to crack this industry to myself.

Iv finally got around to order my outfit from them this year and have to say what you see on the picture is what you get, the fitting was perfect too.

Their service is really quick and easy to follow and track the order.
