Excellent customer service experience, very helpful. Product is top notch of course.
The order took place on 27 March for Italy, and never took place. They asked that I follow up directly with Italian Postal Office, and did little to nothing to help. I proceeded to follow up for quite some time with both them and Italian Postal with no resolution. They attempted to refute a refund until today, 19 May. Will not ever be using them again. Would be very aware of their claim to deliver into Europe.

I ordered some vape juices - this particular flavour and strength is especially difficult to get hold of, but still stocks at MyCigara. My order arrived incomplete, and despite having difficulty contacting them via phone/email, they responded and were very proactive in solving the issue. They provided me with a refund and a gift voucher as an apology for the experience. They were also quick to reply with updates about the situation. Thank you Noreen for your help!

I ordered a product and needed to follow up with Customer Service as I was sent the wrong colour. That can happen so no criticism of the company. The follow up with Rob was nothing short of excellent. He dealt with the issue well, was always very quick in his response and very helpful if I had any product questions generally. Very good after sales service.
Had an issue with a disposable vape and contacted customer services regarding this , Rob was very friendly and dealt with the problem in less than 30 minutes with a voucher to use on my next order . Very happy customer , this is how you keep customers and make them come back time and again !

I had an issue with regards to my payment of my latest order. I sent a message via the contact page. This was dealt with within 2hrs and I was given a gift card to use on my next order. I am very pleased with the speedy response and the way it was dealt with. 😊👍

I buy 3 full boxes 120 pounds from cigara and now they want 180 pounds
New shop ,3 boxes 108 pounds and good service.
My cigara family buisness, but the Asian girl manager, doesn't care and no respect for customers.
All is worried about is looking pretty..
My advice don't bother you can get better product from reputable companies and loyalty counts,not just money grabbing and looking pretty.
Spend your hard earned cash where your customs count.
