Lead time Mistake but solved professionally
Initially, we raise order for Radar GEMS which is new product launch by GEMS.
Unfortunately, lead time by factory more than what we expected.
So, we cannot accept the new lead time.
Your sales team, gave us new spec of instrument with agreed by our client. Even though, pricing is more higher than previous Radar solution, but we still ok since the lead time is more faster than Radar sensor.
